oh I tried to edit the existing poll, which I did, but the votes stayed the same, so 23 people had already voted for the last week in august. After that I just deleted the poll.

Ok just sorted the poll so we can now pick which week would be best for most people.

Once we've all voted we can then do a poll to pick a date within that week.
