***September 2016 Mummies - the last lap***

I bet they are
Why are you only allowed paracetamol? That's rubbish after having major surgery :-(

I have a blood disorder so all the other good stuff either thins my blood more or knocks me sick, but yes it does suck but it will only be a few days I'm sure x

Naomi, could it be a shaving rash? I had that a couple of weeks ago because I shaved a bit of skin by accident x

Naomi my back is hurting now too. Also got perid type pains for past few days. Think it's braxton hicks but then they're not supposed to hurt?!
MrsB how was your first night at home? Do they wake each other up? Xx

Ah, MrsB! I was so glad to see that you had commented! Congratulations! They are absolutely perfect! So gorgeous!
How is feeding going? Bet you can't believe they are finally here and that you can finally cuddle them! Xxxxx

Wow Mrs B they are so gorgeous and perfect makes me want to meet my little one even more now! Good luck with everything xx

I have no idea but it's really sore this morning so currently waiting at doctors for an appointment to get it checked out. Hoping it's nothing serious. Trying to force myself to stay away from doctor Google!!

Hope your night went ok Caroline! Can't quite believe that your babies are here - it's definitely made it all more real!!! Xxx

In my experience braxton hicks can still hurt!!
My back is still hurting this morning so think I am going to be taking it easy as much as possible today. Weather is a bit naff so far anyway so hoping I will be able to keep millie entertained in the house! Xxx

Were you carrying a shoulder bag at the zoo all day Naomi? Could be irritation from the strap maybe?

Poor you MrsB, I'm hoping for something stronger than paracetamol lol
How did your first night at home go?

They are sharing a cot to start with as they seem to settle better when next to each other, the feeds are going well, it made a broken sleep but still got some sleep :) ... September babies have officially started now :) x

Sounds like it wasn't too bad then, my friends twin girls still share a cot at 1 year old as they hate being apart and don't sleep well alone .... so cute xx
Only 4 more sleeps for me xx

Yes I had a back pack on. Just got back from doctors and they think I may have nicked myself when shaving and then that plus carrying a bag all day yesterday has meant it's got a little infected. Been prescribed penicillin to clear it up. It's so blinking sore!!! Hoping the penicillin works quickly!

Got the dentist in a bit and hoping millie behaves when I'm in there! Going to take her to soft play afterwards I think as she's getting bored in the house already and it's only 10:15.

Anyone else got any nice plans today? Xxx

That's so sweet that they're sharing Caroline. Best of friends already :-)
What's Liam made of it all? Xxx

Not sure if I've had first signs of plug this morning. Not had any other discharge at all! This was pale yellow and snotty (sorry for tmi).

Hoping things progress further. Mum's up today and tomorrow and she only booked a single ticket incase she needs to stay longer lol

It should do, you should feel a big difference tomorrow, it's just such an awkward place as your arms are constantly moving! Put some sudocrem on to soothe if you have any that'll help,it heal quicker as well. Good luck at the dentist ... I hate the dentist with a passion ..... major phobia lol

Just done a few loads of washing and got them hung out and now I'm going to go upstairs for a lie down, I'm so easily exhausted now!!!

Mrs....your boys are gorgeous congratulations

SCI....This is my 4th spell of having to go to fetal accessment...he moved twice on monitor and only then that was after 30 minutes and a freezing cold glass of pure orange juice. My boy used to move a bit in morning and a fair but at night now in total it's like 3 or 4 movements total I think my placenta is just taking the brunt and am feeling very little it is so frustrating. Hope your feeling your little one loads today xx

My OH is on his way I will see him in 40 minutes so excited and relieved my wee man is now free to come when he pleases but hope he leaves it a week or two, so we can spend a nice few days together doing some stuff before we become parents weeeee

Hope all you girls are good xx

Hi ladies, hope you don't mind me posting in here as seems likely I might be having a September baby by the looks of things, my little man doesn't seen to be in any hurry to come out!

Had a midwife appointment today and have a hospital appointment next Thursday to check me and see what the next steps are :)

Oooh Lander sounds promising... Hopefully! Then your mum can stay a bit too :-)

Lulie welcome!! You still have a few days to make it for August! Fingers crossed for you.. How are you feeling? Xx

Hi Lulie :-)
Ah sorry you've gone over - I can remember how frustrating that felt from last time around! You never know though, perhaps things will get moving for you over the weekend. Is this your first?

Sansk glad your OH is on his way home :-)

Karen was thinking of sudocrem although the nurse said to avoid putting anything on it and just wash it with warm water so wasn't sure whether sudocrem would be a good idea? Its so sore though so I'm tempted to give myself a bit of relief!

Not long for you now Karen. How are you feeling about it? Very excited to see a pic of your very long awaited baby!
Xxx

Lander exciting about the potential plug loss! Have you lost any more? Xxx
