Look forward to your pic's Chloe!!

Wilson, I love the latest pic of Arthur.

Now for a rant...

My washing machine has just died

I need a new one ASAP, I use it every single day.... but we're literally pi55ing away money at the moment!

My fault, I am a bored Mummy so all I do is spend

xxxxxxx

Christening well brilliantly. I think Lyla is going through a growth spurt as she slept all day yesterday all night last night and so far today its just been feeds then back to sleep!

I'm not complaining! She was really good and didn't cry at her christening once! Opened her eyes when the priest poured the water on her head then back off to sleep :)

Here's some pics!

I also think arthurs hit a growth, hesslept most of last night, today and fed alot??

Nat we thought our washing machine had broken 2wksago, turns out a breast pad had got stuck in the filter phheewe :) xx

Well I need to get the water out so I'll be removing the filter and syphoning out the water tomorrow!

OH is crap at all that so I'll do it. Tonight will be dinner, bath and feed James, cake for us and then bed!

chloe, Lyla looks adorable! Love your outfit, you and oh look so happy. Glad it went well xx

wilson..LOVE that picture of Arthur what a wee heartbreaker he's going to be.

Nat..oh dear about the washing machine. Hopefully you can get one soonish, is it not repairable? It's hard being a bored mummy..there are so many nice things for baby out there to buy.

I am doing so much washing these days, Madison is going through some amount of clothes. :wall2:
OH bought me an Orchid once we came home from the hospital, all the flowers have fallen off but I am determined to keep it alive, I am a hopeless gardener, I could kill a cactus I'm that bad! :wall2:

Chloe - lovely pics, glad the christening went well :yay:

Wilson - I adores piccies of Arthur, he has such a look about him, he reminds me of J sometimes and I could just eat him up! Hubbie doesn't go until 5:30 am tomorrow, I'm so not looking forward to being without him, but my mum is staying over tomorrow night (mainly because my dad is away, but she'll help with j too)

Nat - OMG I would be lost without my washing machine! The dishwasher clogged tonight and I was worried enough about that - I could always hand wash the dishes though, just being lazy!

Mrswoody - I'm the same with plants. The only thing I don't kill is peace lilies. They need NO care, you water them only when they wilt and they seem to thrive. I've left one for 2 weeks on holiday before and just filled the wilted plant up with water when I got back. My dad complains his don't flower like mine, they seem to like being mistreated!

Aww Chloe you all look gorgeous! Love the cake too :P

Wilson - What a cutie wee Arthur is!

I hope your washing machine is fixable Nat! I get through so many loads a days with Aela and my stepdaughter! Especially with the fact I have to rewash anything she brings back "clean" from her mum's because it stinks of fags...but that's a whole different story! Just don't know how I'd cope even a day without my washing machine!

Aela is officially in her 3-6 month clothes now. She was just about 59cm at 6 weeks old and is too long for her 0-3 clothes now! Might get them to measure her length at baby massage on Wednesday! I did think about cutting the feet off her sleepsuits but I don't wanna ruin them as I'm planning on keeping quite a few in case baby no. 2 is a girl! Also, I'm not really sure it would get us through more than a couple of weeks...

This last week Aela has been chewing her hand constantly and I saw in another thread this might be her next leap coming? Thing is, she keeps making herself sick by shoving it in there! I've tried giving her a dummy but when she wants her hand that's all she wants! Not much I can do about it though so I guess I shall resign myself to 15 changes of clothes a day and a whole lot of extra feeds until she learns not to do it! Anyone else's baba doing this?xx

James is a fist sucker, and yep he shoves his fist so far down his throat he makes himself sick (or he gags a bit!!)

I need to read up about the next leap. James is due to start getting fussy within the next week

Washing machine been checked and it's def dead, so now I need to decide on a new one.

Any recommendations ladies?

Thank God we live 90 seconds from the in-laws so I can take some washing round to them!

Olivia sucks her fingers and puts her fist in there all of the time. She doesnt be sick though just very dribbly

Livvi is 3 months old today. :-) im actually a bit emotional about it.

I was sorting her clothes yesterday and saw a tiny babygrow which was our favourite and it was so small. I nearly cried.

O is still in 0-3 and some 3-6 dresses. Theres no way the 3-6 babygrows will fit anytime soon they are so long. Im saving all her bits up and going to do a carboot when she's out of the 3-6 stuff. I dont have the room to save stuff and tbh i want to buy new if we had another girl. I figured we could get a good 100 quid for her stuff baby bath, chair and that. Then i can use it to buy new stuff in the next sale at summer :-) sorted xx

Hv is coming at ten so ive got O up earlier as she has a nap a hour after she gets up so she should of had this By ten. She has a massive scratch on her face too - typical xx

We went baby clinic on Friday to see HV and get James weighed, of course he scratched himself literally as we walked out the door!

Put some sudocrem on the scratch hun!

Madison LO as her fists and anyone else's for that matter! She shoves them in so far she will gag, silly billy!
My usually sleeping little beauty was up for a feed at 3.50am! This is not good, I hope she doesn't do the same tonight, she had a massive feed as well, then up again at 7am for an hour and finally awake and playing at 10am

Check out currys for a washing machine they usually have really good deals Nat. M is coming up for her leap too!

How often are you ladies getting LOs weighed?

We go for weigh-in's every 2-3 weeks!

Last time we went as James had dropped a centile they wanted us back in 2 weeks. Now he is back up to proper centile we are going back in 3 weeks. If he is fine then it will be monthly!

Already checked Curry's but I am having a dither LOL!

xxxxxx

I take O every 4 weeks,

Hv just been and O got a 'gold star' lol. She was really pleased with her and said she is meeting all milestones which im so pleased about.

She now weighs 13 lb 6 and half. I thought she may of been more actually but she's staying in her line. She's now 59cm and has dropped to the 25th line from 50th. Hv didnt tell me this i just saw it in her book. Im quite glad though as she was so tall and now she might get a bit chunkier lol. That sounds a bit harsh

Im off to have my nails done this afternoon - my one treat - so my mums going to have her for a hour. Lets hope she doesnt scream like last week.

Xxxxxx
