He may be right. I can't find an ingredient list online and even if I did I wouldn't necessarily know from that whether it can be left on. There are some postings online about people leaving it on and getting good results. But it would bother me that the manufacturers instructions clearly say to rinse. If you get the opportunity, I would ask him why he said that.Thanks L_a, I suspected as much!

I'll keep the bath oil for bath days and carry on using the cream. They didn't have the intensive one in stock but I'll keep an eye out for it. Just using the normal Oatmeal one for the time being.
Comfort milk is slightly thicker which is why they suggest it for reflux and as Kerrie says needs a thicker teat. But they are easier to digest, which is the opposite of hungry baby milks, so actually they don't last as long. They're easier to digest because of the low lactose, which is why they help with colicky babies.comfort milks all tend to be thicker to keep babies fuller longer and stop reflux and things like that but she wont even take a suck of the bottle so it's more to do with her not wanting it than what milk
