I'm so glad I'm not having the diabetes test. It sounds awful! How inconsiderate the people eating and drinking were! If I was not being tested but really needs to eat id at least eat outside the room!
Last yr in hospital i was nil by mouth waiting for some tests and I must have been offered tea coffee and toast by at least c different people it was written above my head too! Lol

It's amazing how being told you're not allowed to eat anything makes you the most hungry you've ever been! Lol!

I had so many comments last night on how big my bump is and sometimes it feels huge but I don't think it looks that enormous!?

Had my midwife appointment today. Blood pressure is still fine and baby is head down but measuring small between 25th and 50th centile on the chart. Got my growth scan tomorrow tho so should find out more then hopefully

Had midwife today. She commented on how young I look (when discussing that I have a 15 year old) and that my bump is really neat...fave midwife so far lol.
Little madam was hiding when she used doppler, I knew she was OK as she had been moving just before. Then she started kicking the doppler lol. Found it fine after that. Measured 28, I asked if that's OK as almost 30 weeks and she said it's cos baby was laying across and they allow 3cm either side anyway so measurement was fine xx

I was measuring 27 lisey but she said as long as she stays on the samr line and doesnt stop growing then should be ok. Dont have to see her till 34 weeks now hoping to find out how much she weighs tomorrow

I'm not seeing my midwife now til 30 weeks I'm not sure if they will do the bump measurement thing as I'm already having growth scans but we will see. These things aren't accurate and are just a guessing game anyway!

Ery, I think they still will. I know that she is measuring a little bigger so likely just her position. What a monkey though my next appointment is at 34 weeks too, she said we will discuss birth preferences at that one that made it all feel very real.
I don't really have any preferences, don't know if I want water birth. Are birth pools only in widwife led units? I know I have to be in hospital as I lost too much blood with son. I may not have a choice xx
