Wow it took a while to catch up! Naughty babies hiding their bits! That cracked me up. I love he idea of gender reveal party! I didn’t even know that was a thing! So cute!

Holli’s landlord sounds like a right one. I’d hate that. I hope he isn’t too OTT Hun. What a disrespectful man!

All the bumps are just adorable. We range a lot! I’m going to be huge by time they arrive! It was hard hiding as I was flat tummied and suddenly exploded with a bump. My butt is bigger too - hubby reckons it’s to stop me falling onto my front haha!

So nice to be back and reading all the messages again. I feel like I’ve woken from a bad dream and can really enjoy the rest of my girls’ growth. Have my 16 week MW appointment on Friday and a health check at hospital Tuesday (for me due to twins and my thyroid issues). Be nice to feel normal at them.

was thinking about you and the stress you were under waiting there CJ. Makes me wonder how worthwhile those initial tests are , or why they rate things the way they do- ( after all 1 in 15 is still only a 6% chance if my maths serves me correctly) but still, the difference between 6% and 0.1% is statistically huge so why do they use a test that is so inaccurate? So much stress for nothing, and i wonder how many choose an amnio and lose a healthy baby as a result? Its crazy. Still, i'm so pleased for you that you can carry on again with relative peace!

I've got my 16 week appointment with the midwife today , hopefully she will listen to the heartbeat so I can come home and use my doppler .

Awww so pleased to come on here and read that CJ we've all been thinking of you it looks like the girls are beating the boys for May
I hope beca went on ok she's not been on since before finding out her gender - quite a few ladies haven't been on or come over from tri 1 so I hope everything is ok with them all.
We've only got our pram, we've been looking on wayfair for cots changing tables and Moses baskets but are going to hold off till after Christmas to see if any are reduced in Boxing Day and January sales.
So I told lane who went mental and he wanted to kill him he agreed to not saying anything to my friend till we have a new house as we don't want the stress of being homeless and his parents live an hour away so wouldn't be good for work as lane doesn't drive which will be interesting when I'm in labour as I obviously won't be able to drive, he's said he's telling my friend everything once we have a new place though and I've said that's fine with me even if I do lose a good friend her husband would be out of our lives then, he was however going to have a word with him yesterday to keep away from me or he'll kill him and tell his family what he's like which didn't happen as he turned up with my friend with him who wanted to see how I was - they came while I was at work so I missed them and lane said they was here all of 5 mins xx

Oh yes beca, I hope everything went on okay .
I find this group is much more quieter than my october group with Emily, we even had bump buddies , alot of people seemed to have joined in tri 1 then disappeared for whatever reason or moved over to tri 2 and stayed quiet . My october girls have our Facebook group which there's always posts everyday and we chat on messenger too. Every Friday since our children was born we do a photo Friday . There's 28 of us and we have all stayed so close. I'm hoping we can all stay in touch and watch our children grow x

Just had my 16 week appt and flu jab. Midwife said uterus very high up and placenta was being found on Doppler but couldn’t find baby she said she wasn’t concerned as still very early but go back next week to listen again! I’m really worried now

Just caught up on your situation Holli, so please you have told Lane and u can move out of that horrible situation!

We have our re scan today so fingers crossed baby's on show today to let us know the gender! Then my shopping can start!

Try not to worry Lucy I know we all worry though, my mw couldn't find Willows heart beat at first and had to check it wasn't mine which it was at first but then she found it but Willow is one very wriggly baby on every scan she doesn't stop still and mw had to keep moving Doppler as when she was moving the heartbeat went quieter,
Last night I felt her move big time it felt like she was doing summer salts (can't spell it haha) i think depending where the placenta is it can be hard to feel baby move or hear heartbeat I think my placenta is behind? I can't remember I'm seriously very forgetful now I'm pregnant xx

Thanks Nat he has no reason to come over now as everything is done that needed to be with boiler so I'm just keeping door locked and key in door so he can't get in and I'll just play dumb and pretend I was asleep if he did

Yeah I will, I don't really use Facebook I haven't even announced I'm pregnant on there infact last time I posted was in March haha but I still go on to nosey at every one else haha xx

That's why then Hun is nothing to worry about it's completely normal when placenta is in front as it's infront of your baby so makes it harder to hear heartbeat and feel strong movements xxx

The front placenta is completely normal , you just won't feel baby move as much. With Emily I had a low lying placenta , I had to have a couple of extra scans but by 36 weeks it had moved up .x

Lucy that must be worrying but i'm sure the midwife isnt concerned else she would have sent you for a scan. I presume the placenta only makes the right noises if all the right stuff is going on inside, if you know what i mean? thats good you have the scan saturday so you can have your mind put at rest sooner. Although i know how terrifying it is going for a scan when you already feel worried for some reason...!!

I've just come back from my 16 week midwife appointment , she also thinks I have a placenta anterior , the midwife did eventually find the heartbeat but it was after a good ol go trying to find it and the placenta was very loud that's why she thought it was at the front. My bloods came back slightly high for clotting but aparently it's okay but I will need to repeat the bloods at a later date. I think that's why I had to inject myself or my oh did after I had a c section so my blood would clot properly .

Evening ladies. Wow what a week. Sorry it's been so long, (more about that in a minute ). Well, the results are in. Private scan iis positive we are having a girl. Took a few minutes but she found the 3 white lines she was looking for. Amelia Faith is cooking well and a massive wriggler

Our scan was last Wednesday and hubby took me straight from the scan to Disneyland Paris for a long weekend for our wedding anniversary. What we didn't know is not an hour after we left our house someone smashed through the glass on the back door, climbed through and ransacked our bedroom, stealing jewellery left to me by my grandparents. 2 items made specially and are irreplaceable. My poor mother in law found it, front door open (porch was locked so he couldn't get out), glass everywhere in the kitchen. They called the police and fixed the door. Both my parents and my in laws fixed everything they could but didn't tell us until we got home. Couldn't believe it. We've never been burgled before, we were p my gone a few hours. Other holidays we've been gone weeks and nothing. They must've seen us load the cases

Congratulations on girlie Beca. And I'm so sorry about what happened to your home whilst you was away. What scummy low life's, I hope whoever did this got cut on the glass !
