Glad to hear you had some movements Elliott, although not many. I was told the same as Mayflower when I got checked, that they also listen for a decrease in heartbeat an as there wasn't one, they wasn't concerned. I don't think they would have sent you home if they were concerned, but phone them and go back if you are still concerned, always better to check than not to xx

Yeah they did mention about the acceleration and deceleration bit, that's what wasn't there much initially but increases a lot at the end of the hour. So I guess we started at a sleepy time ?? I'll see how I go through the afternoon. Had a big cleaning day planned but just want to sit on sofa now and see what I feel!

So got a text message from hubby this morning......

"I think ur boobies may have leaked last night cos there's a yellow stain on the sheet! xxx"

Guess I'd better unpack the breat pads I packed yesterday!

Speaking of other halves (no reports of boobies leaking here yet though) mines back tonight!!! So excited

Appointment ive currently for for tomorrow is 10am, jet lag depending I'm assuming it'll be ok for him to come with me?? It's not exactly an exciting appointment but be nice to have company. He's only been to scan app so far have your OH's been to other things with you?

Yes my OH's been to consultant appts and to the assesment unit a couple of times with me. I think there's even a bit on the notes that the midwife ticks to say if you were accompanied or not.

Thanks Kind of think it'll do him some good being in a hospital just to try and make it seem like less of a thing. (As all being well it should be straight forward)

Mine came with me to the booking appointment and all the scans. He also came to the hospital and sat with me while I was on a tracer.

Elliott, bet you're excited!!! Was it 10 days? Can seem like a life time.

Yep 10 long days!! Makes me realise how amazing my mum was as my dad use to go a way for months a time and she was never sure when he's be back, and that was before email haha! 10 days on my tod has been plenty

He doesn't know ive been to hospital as he's kind of been asleep or flying. To not make him worry I'll just tell him once hea home now rather than potentially having chance to message him when he gets to Paris.

My OH has only been to scans with me, and when I went for my anti-D injection at hospital.

The midwife appointments are a bit boring so not worth him missing work for.

Same as orion here he came to our first one and the scans of course but they're no worth missing work for mine last like 10mins lol!

He's off the rest of this week anyway so seems an ideal opportunity for a bit of company

Lol bigbee I said to my oh the other day as I have heartburn every evening these babies best come out with a head full of hair! My son was bald on top with a tuft at the back but didn't have as bad heartburn with him!.
My oh has come to a few scans ( we have them for nightly so would be a lot of time for him to take off). I managed to book the next one for when he's finished work. And he's been toya couple of consultant appointments. With our son he came to the scans but not too midwives appointments as he was working.

Well I've had a peaceful day, my son's been to nursery and then his grandma has taken him to see great nana for tea so he's still not back yet and when he is it will be bedtime, so may have to snuggle up on his bed with him while he's goes to sleep as I miss his cuddles! But ive enjoyed the rest tbh. Xxx

My OH doesn't come to the general midwife appts, but he came my second consult appt because they were doing a growth scan and he wanted to see her again. He's not coming to the next one. He's been with me when I've gone in with bleeding though.

I'm also suffering with heartburn, and as I had a head of dark hair I am hoping baby will too - much to MILs disgust.

I keep seeing the johnsons advert of the baby having her hair washed with a head full of curly black hair, hoping these have lots of hair, I had lots of hair when I was born! Im so excited to see them! Xxx
