***** May 2015 Mummies to be *****

I'll find out Tuesday when I see my consultant I think hun. Hoping I get the same result though, all looking positive as not showing symptoms or signs of it so far. I'm so tired I really need a sleep but can't get comfy at all. Got a scan on Tuesday also so looking forward to seeing babies again plus want to clarify what they've eritten on my notes after reading them the other night they've got the babies measurements picked up either that or ones overtook the other baby by 120g in 2 weeks but very doubtful as they've always been consistent with their weight gain just one is slightly smaller than the other so want to know what's going on. Still had no referral through from fetal medicine do im guessing that's a good sign but will find out for definite Tuesday. I know they must be okay in there as they're always on the go between them. Hopefully only 8 weeks til they're here. Hate to sound ungrateful because I really am greatful to be pregnant with them but my body feels like it's struggling to carry them now and feel like if im not resting im exhausted constantly but then feel crap as there's so much to try and sort before they are here. I want a good declutter so I can get everything I need set up! Xxx

Naps just never feel great upon waking Jessie lol!! I still feel groggy now.

Hope you all are feeling well. Just booked in for a whooping cough injection and due to see midwife on Monday. Due to my bad history of pre-eclampsia will be seeing the midwife every week now. Freaking me out!! Definitely have oedema and have on and off vision blurring already. No good :(

Evening girls I am gatecrashing two days early, and hope that tashawink, eve, and willowburn are to join me in this rebellious move!!

Plus its getting lonely over in tri 2 without everyone!
Hope all appointments, checks and scans have gone well today

Bump has been really tight all day. Hurts when freckle moves and the ninja fanny punches aren't particularly appreciated!

roll on Henry's bedtime so I can relax on the sofa. Really need it today x

Yay for rebels!! Hehe Its only a few days and we miss you guys!!

Larly I can relate to tight belly, I walk about with a white moisturised belly in the evening haha Super sexy huh?!

Thanks Jessiecat. Will definitely make another appointment Monday if no better.

I know I am moaning, but so fed up of feeling ill and short of breath. Really want this chest infection to be gone now.

Glad to hear your results were good Jessiecat

Hope you get good results tuesday Caseysmummy.

Hi Flosi, can't be many of you left in tri 2 now

Larly not laughing at your discomfort, but it did make me laugh reading 'Ninja fanny punches'

My pj's are totally ruined now with all the oil and cream I keep rubbing on my belly.

Does anyone have any nice plans for the weekend? xx

Plenty I fluids Blueeyes and lots of rest hopefully it will budge over the weekend, I've started getting the cold symptoms with it now so hopefully it's on it's way out.
We have family over at the weekend helping to paint the lounge and baby room, i can't do it so everyone mucking in and we've got the carpet people out on Monday for new carpets which I'm really excited about so we're painting and decorating the rooms to refresh them first :) we've always had wooden floor in the lounge but I know baby will spend a lot o time on it so we've picked really thick luxury carpet, can't wait! Little things eh haha!
What's everyone else got planned?

Im with you on the tight tummy tonight larly and buttonbear. I feel bruised every time babies move and even when they're not it feels very sore. Lying on my back has seemed to ease it slightly I think it's taking the pressure off my skin.
It's going to be nice now we're all finally over here!
Sounds like you've got a busy weekend jessie will be lovely to have it all finished ready for little ones arrival. Hope you both feel better soon jessie and blueeyes.
I've washed the majority of baby clothes today and got the basics packed in their change bag ready for hospital. Also packed a spare bag of clothes for oh to bring in if we're running short in hospital at all. Going to get their drawers tomorrow and wash the rest of the clothes to put away. What else do I need to pack in their bag apart from clothes and nappies. My mind has gone blank!!! Xxx

We have our 4D scan booked on Sunday so super excited about that, Little man and the in laws are coming in too which will be lovely! :) Our Little boy is just so excited to be a big brother.

Hope everyone feels better over the weekend :)

Caseysmummy, I would pack a towel for each, cardigans, blanket and that's probably about it, they dont need much else really do they xx

Enjoy the scan button!

Caseysemummy don't forget cotton wool for numb changes, dummies if you plan to use them and if you're planning to breast feed take nipple cream, you'll be thankful for it!

Glad your results were good Jessie! One less thing for you to worry about.

Baby is measuring perfectly for 28 weeks, she weighs approx 2lbs 8oz and is still head down. No pictures though :(

OH has just popped to Argos to get some storage units and then our house is getting a total sort out from top to bottom!

Isn't nesting great. Lol. I've been itching to rearrange my kitchen cupboards but trying to put relaxing first.

Thankfully the nursery is all finished. Only got a couple of small things to buy; extra nappies, formula and pram sheets.

Got washing to do. But I feel like all these are small jobs :)

Im on the organisation task this week! Really want to get rid of the junk so bad. Im going to do room by room. Thanks for the babies bag list will get that finished this weekend now.
Im planning on breastfeeding the babies but is anyone taking a back up to the hospital just incase? Or a breast pump? my son latched on straight away but i know it doesn't always happen that way and not sure how it will work with twins? If anyone is taking something just incase what are you taking? I thought about getting a couple of the ready to go formula in the bottles for the hospital just incase but not sure whether to take them or just geta couple and put them in the spare bag for my oh to bring in justin case, my hospital is a 30 min drive away so im not sure what do you ladies think? Xxx

I'm undecided about trying to breastfeed. But even if I go for it, I'm taking ready-made bottles with me just in case it doesn't go to plan.

Remember, you could pack extra stuff that you can leave in the car and send OH out for. It doesn't all have to fit in the bag you want on the ward with you.

Ladies-which one for a coming home outfit?

I'm looking forward to packing my hospital bag and getting it ready mainly because I am enjoying forging everything out atm (must be nesting) :)

Last day of tri 2 - so tomorrow I am officially with you all! No more gate crashing! And then we're all on the countdown until we start having pains! Ah so exciting! :)

Flosi I'm more a knitter, I don't have to think about it. Really want a nice blanket pattern that's simple and doesn't involve too much sewing as when I did a blanket for my sister made of squares the sewing let me down a bit! You're doing pretty squares though aren't you?? They did look lovely

I like middle option most I think

I'm so confused with baby clothes right now though, sleep suites, body suits, vests, what is actual clothes for day time?? I'm sure I'll middle through.
