I did say Aww, what a perfect little baby! Shame you can't see the nub, but I'd guess girl going by the skull theory. Will you be breaking the news now or do people already know?

I've just realised it's Thursday and I'm officially 14 weeks and now in tri 2! Not heading over there yet though, I don't want to be on my own lol

Yeah been slowly been telling people today. Everyone has been so shocked!! My children’s reaction was amazing, my 5 year old said “what?! Really?!” And then cried because she doesn’t want me to go to hospital. Bless her. She is better now though and wants to kiss the bump. The 2 year old just looks at photo and then makes me show her my belly.

What a lovely scan bubbles! I'm always amazed by the 12 week scan, you can see so much! It gets me excited for mine because my early scan was just a blob, I can't wait to see something that looks like a baby!

I'm looking forward to getting the school run out the way. Had the worse sleep. Went to bed at about 11pm but woke at 4am after having a nightmare, it was horrific. Couldn't go back to sleep for ages as every time I closed my eyes i got taken back to the nightmare :'( so plans for today, nap!

I would move over to tri 2 after my scan and I will be exactly 13 weeks then but that's just me being a bit silly probably. What everyone else wants to do I will go with.

Maybe when a few of us are tri 2? Could do it next week? I don’t mind. I only mainly post on this thread anyways

Such a relief to be able to tell people now, and this morning just wearing anything comfortable without worrying about any bloat/bump exposure! So far only one person had guessed I was pregnant so I did a pretty good job at hiding it. Excited for you girls to join us in the post scan excitement! And seeing more beautiful babies! Xxx

Well 1st of December yay. Almost Xmas and we're all almost into tri 2! Exciting times.

So I've woke up with a stinking cold and sickness. Thought my 'morning sickness' was meant to ease off?! If anything it's been worse today. On a plus side I'm 90% sure I'm feeling baby move. Not constant and only when I'm relaxed/still. It doesn't feel like popping, it doesn't feel like flutters it feeling like something moving, brushing along my insides. It's always on the left too, which is where baby lays mostly. In the mornings I'm waking up with a solid mass to the left of my belly button but just above my old CS scar. It then disappears during the morning. When I went to my private scan the sonographer said he/she is sitting really high in the uterus. I think if I wasn't already carrying a lot of weight then I'd probably be showing by now!

I'll hang fire til next week before setting up the tri 2 thread, that's if people want me to set it up. More than happy if anyone else wants to do it

Baby I know what you mean about the sickness. I thought mine was getting better at the beginning of last week but today I can barely get off the sofa. It doesn't help someone on the same floor in my building is smoking and I can smell it thanks to my crazy pregnancy sense of smell. DH already bought an air purifier which has helped but we were meant to go out with a friend from uni who we haven't seen in years as he lives in South America and I had to go home early to throw up. Luckily our friend totally understood as he has a little girl of his own so went through all this with his wife when she was pregnant.

It must be amazing to be feeling your baby move. I can't wait until I get to that point but as this is my first I don't expect to feel anything for a while yet.

Still I only have a week to wait now until my 12 week scan and I'm hoping that we'll be offered the cell free dna testing since being o negative gives me a higher risk if they want to do cvs or amnio so I might even know if I'm having a boy or a girl before Christmas.

After my chem in October, I'm happy to say I got another BFP today, I'm around 4/5 weeks so I'll be joining the August thread!!
