*** June 2015 Mummies ***

Ooooh, Belfa - That looks so cute, agree with Coletteypie, maybe one or two lines more if you feel the need but looks fine as is. On another note, saw some elephant fabric somewhere recently and thought of you :)

Coletteypie - Life admin here too, love ticking things off my list. Often write things down that I have already done just so that I can put a tick there :D

Pismo - fully cooked tomorrow, cant believe it. This pregnancy has flown in! Im expecting baby earlier if their still transverse. Have a hosp appt next week and scan so if monkey is still not head down i may well be booked in for section. So im preparing myself that baby could be here in two weeks at earliest....ekk!! Woke up in a panic this morning that the house isnt fully organised so im hoping I'll have the energy for one last nesting spree. Ive been so lazy recently plus have been getting a lot of visitors and dinners out of the way before bubs arrives.

Im tackling the kitchen today, the sterialiser and bits are now in place and baby has its own cupboard...scarey but exciting!

How are you feeling about being fully cooked Colleteypie??

The stickers look lovely Belfa x

Wow, two weeks! Scary

Not really very long for any of us now. Will have some babies by the end of the month I'm sure!

Still trying to finish DD's room here, housework to do, general tidying up and clearing out to make room and get organised. Got physio this afternoon and went food shopping this morning!

Thanks ladies, feel a bit better after reading all the suggestions, think I was having one of those days yesterday too. I just wish I could have the bed part higher as will have to place LO quite far down.

Stickers look lovely Belfa.

Been at work this morning but got a cheeky early finish as no managers were in the office, plus I'm finding it tiring now and my feet constantly are throbbing, got baby cuddles again this morning as my friend popped by work so I met her briefly, Bubba was kicking like mad while I was holding him. :)

Well now 3 more days left of work, tomorrow, sat and following Monday.

Wow June mummies fully cooked, I'm exactly a month today. They are going to be popping out in no time.

Hope everyone having a nice day so far x

Hi everyone!

Urgh anyone else feeling quite nauseous again? It's horrible! I think it's to do with my lack of appetite, so I'm feeling sick before realising I'm in desperate need of some food before I starve myself lol. Eating just never crosses my mind anymore, I'm only hungry in the mornings for breakfast.

Have also started nesting, which is such a shame really as we're moving out at the end of the month. I hate cleaning and chores etc, but cannot get enough of ironing and wiping things down at the moment.

Two more weeks at work for me! Can't wait! xx

I'm the same. I'm ravenous when I wake up but my hunger dissipates the further into the day I go and I felt really nauseous before lunch there. Of course, I am greedy so have bought myself a nice selection of "treats" for lunch that I don't need nor will fancy but will gladly eat! x

Any one else experiencing random sharp scraping type pains on their cervix? Feels horrible, dont know what bubs is up to in there. Also have terrible back pain, would love to just hibernate until baby arrives lol

Me too Heres Hoping, been having some really strong BH and would love them to be the start of baby making its way... The cervix pain is such an odd feeling, makes me want to cross/squeeze my thighs together to try and make it stop.

OH asked whether I could make baby come soon as he would love two weeks off work at the moment :D

My Braxton hicks have died right down now. Starting to think he's gonna be in there until my section date! Fingers crossed!! Only 4 weeks 1 day to go!

We had bought a cheap second hand cot bed for our room for baby to sleep in inside his sleepy head. I went to build it and pieces are missing so we have bought this extra large Moses basket from Germany :)

Even has the mosquito net that comes across the front which is perfect as we have a cat and doggies! I'm so excited for it to arrive!!
My final purchase was my changing bag, we went for a Babymoov one in grey to match our pram!
All I need to buy now is aptamil tubs! Never thought I'd get there but we are officially done! :)

Last bits of work being done on house tomorrow and next day then I can finally begin nesting in peace :) xx

I dont think ive ever had a BH. Theres time my bump feels hard but i think its maybe babys back. It doesnt feel like a 'tightening' or a wave. Maybe im just one of these ppl who never have them. Wouldnt mind at least one just too see lol.

I know exactly what u mean, i have ended up holding myself there and crossing my legs, look as if i need to pee lol. Wonder does this mean our bodies are starting to get in gear?!

Here's hoping & Pismo - I have the scraping cervix feeling too. I think is baby's head pushing down on cervix and stretching it. That's my main theory anyway. Makes me say ouch aloud. I tend to get it when sitting quite upright or on my side - so when baby has good opportunity to engage in pelvis. Labour is going to be a treat if this is what it feels like when baby touches my cervix never mind squeezes past it!!!

I think everyone gets braxton hicks. Just not everyone feels them. Maybe real contractions will feel like a breeze for you lucky ones eh ;-)!

Glad you are more comfy Charlie. You need a few more weeks cooking!

My life admin day was super busy. I'm exhausted. Had a lovely dinner with a friend - rounded it off with a huge bowl of ice cream hehe :-)!

I'm 37 weeks tomorrow too. Please can I be early as I don't think I can manage 3 more weeks of work if today is anything to go by?

Can I jump on the scraping sensation pain. I had this for a while and went for a check up as I thought maybe it was labour as I'm so damn stupid, I'd pass labour as a headache. Anyway baby was breech and the sensation was her feet moving on my cervix as she was classed as footling. She then turned at 33 weeks and has been head down since x

Whats everyone else getting in the way of Braxton Hicks? On a good day I probably have a few a day, but on a bad day, I have some hours where I get them every few minutes, especially when I stand up or walk around. I panicked at first as google told me you should get checked if they are that frequent, but this has been happening on and off for weeks and I have no labour signs or reduced movement so Im not too concerned. Is anyone else getting them really frequently?

Ohh i hope it is babys head scraping, will mean they would of turned for me. But not getting my hopes up as it looks like bubs is a very spinny baby and determined to do its own thing. I had the same thought Coletteypie, if a bit of contact was this sore, what does squeezing them out feel like?! Ouch...

Haha yeah we are in for some trouble ahead here's hoping, huh??

Thanks for the thought emmapot - I know my baby is 100% head down but a few of the ladies here have naughty babies so could be wee legs kicking away.

I'm hoping my baby will fully engage soon. Keeps popping in and out of my pelvis. Sitting on the ball seems to get the head in but then doesn't stay.

Yeah Racheyroo I am getting them much more frequently now. Or more like I am noticing them much more. Charlie has had a lot of them too. But then again a few of the girls haven't noticed any - so just goes to show how different we all are! As long as they don't become regular and painful then you are good. Mines tend to be fairly uncomfortable now... But maybe that's just me cos most woman don't seem to notice them haha! I'm obvs a wimp ;-)!

I'm getting a lot too Rachyroo, had so many on Saturday I nearly started timing them! Died down a little bit again now, seems to be in fits and starts.

Having a lot of stabbing pains in my cervix too. Hope it's all getting ready for the big event. Not long now!
