***July 2016 trimester 2***

Well we had our scan and we're team blue.
Over the moon as already have dd :)

Ah, how exciting Elfs Mummy, congratulations, I really can't wait to find out :-)
I saw my consultant on Monday and she was really positive :-) She was amazed we had managed to conceive naturally and kept on saying about how much of a miracle it is! She said that my uterus is looking really good and that she doesn't think I need a stitch, that we should go to term and that she doesn't see any reason why I won't be able to deliver naturally, so I'm really pleased about all of that :-)
She said she is going to take really good care of me and I have an appointment to see her again in 3 weeks xx

Oh wow unicorn that's amazing news. Looks like your body was made for this baby :)

That's great news, unicorn!
I'm so impatient to feel this baby. I don't have any symptoms and am worried every time I go to the loo that I'm going to see blood. I really don't feel pregnant and I hate it!

Has anybody decided on any names yet? Since before I got pregnant me and OH had decided on Freddie / Freddy for both, but nothing really jumping at us for girls. So far we like Bonnie & Willow xx

I believe it will be a baby girl and if it is she will be called Sophia

For a boy not sure yet :)

Thanks, I like your suggestion, Willow :) Beautiful.

For girls I have a few - Sophia, Scarlet, Isabella ( Sophia my favorite ) but nothing for boy.. I like Jonathan though.

I am new to this forum. I am 16 weeks due the 10th July. We had our 16 week appointment yesterday and got to hear the heartbeat which was really lovely and reassuring as I have had so much anxiety. It seems ages to wait between each appointment.

Has anyone else's symptoms just dropped off? I feel brilliant all of a sudden!

I love Scarlett but our sirname begins with an S and i don't really like
The alliteration.

Welcome redbootz :)

Unicorn, that is amazing! So happy for you, must be such a huge relief :) and your consultant sounds lovely!! Having someone who genuinely seems to care will make a massive difference xxx

I feel the same Sophie.
I did have loads of symptoms but now I'm just really hungry and it's making me paranoid xxx

I am hoping for a girl and will call her Aliannah - which means "my God has answered" in Hebrew. I love the fact that we can call her "Ali, Aaliyah, leah, leanah" etc.

If it's a boy my husband and children will name him. I love the name Isaac though.

I started feeling stuff from 13 weeks, but it was so light and few & far between I wasn't convinced it was really the baby I was feeling.

In the last few days I have felt more movement but it's so light I've been doubting whether it's baby or just wind (lol).

However over the last day or so I have found if I lie down and poke/prod my belly, 9 times out of 10 I get a few light 'pops' back lol. So I'm pretty certain that's the baby kicking back and not just a coincidence :)

I've got names picked for either a girl or a boy, but I prefer my boy's name.
There are quite a few boys names I really like and would happily use, but not girls names.

I like Willow, Scarlet, Lily, and a bunch of other names, but not enough to want to commit my child to that name if you get what I mean LOL!!!

Haha. I know, I'm so mean lol.

And my kids randomly grab my bump and shake it too whilst complaining they want to feel the baby kick lol.
