Doob has had a couple of midwife home visits I know, not sure what they do ?

yea 2 hours! hope I don't fall asleep haha..............hope I get there! there is still so much snow and ice everywhere :/ x

My breast feeding class was 2.5 hours. It was ok, not great! X

Hope everyone is ok, am home now with Chloe an liking reading the labour threads. Midwife visited today and my episiotomy is a bit sore so I was carted to doctors, seems to be worse now with cream! Mws said keep it dry, doctor then gives me cream. Last night was terrible nights sleep and struggle to get out of bed to her due to the soreness, however, am hoping as she is down now that she will be better tonight!

She did the normal ante-natal checks and then did a home visit check list so things like do you have smoke alarms fitted, where will the baby be sleeping etc. she also did a birth plan, although I left mine pretty open as I'm going with the flow ifykwim.

If its a health visitor appointment they just went through the service and how they're involved with children up to age 5. Pretty straight forward too really though a bit of an information overload so glad she left leaflets!

Bliss hope you feel better in the morning, I've been in bed lots today feeling pants too.

Sholou, so happy you're back home and getting settled but sorry you're in so much pain

Oh my lord......little one is mega active tonight and feels so much pressure in my pelvis and my bones feel like there being pushed apart in my groin.....sooooooo uncomfortable, I've been on my birthing ball today a lot so maybe this is why

I've been awake since 2 with this too. I've also spent a couple of hours before bed on my ball and wondered if I'd strained myself! At one point I felt like she was going to push herself out, so low and uncomfortable even my bum had sharp pains in it lol!
