Yes I didn't lose any plug with Ella and started with contractions! Oooh exciting - how far apart? x

Ooooo how exciting. Yes I think you can. When I rang triage last week the mw said I was likely contracting and might lose a pink/red plug soon if it doesnt ease up. How does it feel? Xxx

Yeah I'm glad I was at home and could quickly change. I didnt even feel like I needed the loo, oh the joys of pregnancy x

I really think I'm having mild contractions. Is that possible without losing plug???

Omg! Eek! How exciting! Are they far apart? X

It feels like tight sharp pains across my tummy, it starts really intense and then it eases off but takes a while to settle down. I literally couldn't stand up I had to crouch over my ball. Ill be on plug watch now lol hopefully he's getting ready although mentally I'm not ready yet!

Sounds promising Hun! Keep an eye on it, try a bath, walk all that stuff is what the mw said to me and time them if they start in a pattern. Xxx

Running a bath with some muscle relax bath stuff, it's not too uncomfortable all the time. The foof pains are constant though!

I don't think it's the real thing I think it's just strong BH to be honest. The bath helped the bum and foof pain a little. Ill cry if the midwife tells me he isn't engaged on Wednesday!

Was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this?

I watched a lot of OBEM today and the majority of the ladies walking in were asked if they had had any contractions yet??
Now i'm not sure if they bring them in early fr the programme but i'm a bit confused as they tell you to come in when it is unbearable!? I think out of about 5 episodes 2 of the ladies where in with established labour.

I can't believe I'm actually willing on pain for us all. I have never wanted it so much and so little at the same time. even if it is painful braxton hicks newbie , it'll mean its going to happen soon! xx

I can't believe our time is here! My friend told me today she is expecting and due in July! Seems surreal that our babies will be around 6 months by then!
I know what you mean about wanting the contractions and things to start but not wanting the pain at the same time! X

Despite my recent twinges I think I'll be sat waiting at the end of dec/early jan. really don't want to be induced though.

Grrr I'm really annoyed, prepare for a rant! This girl who is my guy friends wife (and about 18 yrs old) is so jealous of my pregnancy. I've barely written any Facebook statuses about being pregnant as I hate her snide comments and statuses back! When I announced I was pregnant with twins she sent me a private message saying I was greedy for having two! She then sent more messages constantly asking if her and her hubby could come down before Xmas to babysit- I've met this girl ONCE as I was v.good friends with her hubby before they married but then she got jealous so I never speak to him now (not spoken to him in at least a year!)
Anyway tonight I shared a link on fb about Kate Middleton being preggo (love her) and she immediately wrote an angry status about how dare Kate be pregnant. Then my cousin wrote on my wall saying good luck for the induction tomo and loads of people commented on it so it must have shown up in her news feed, anyway her new status is that she's so fed up of some people getting what they want and she's logging off!

I know she's been desperate for kids since she was born! She pressured her now hubby into getting married and constantly moans to him about wanting kids. Apparently she has to lose weight before she can try, and she always says she's on diets but never sticks to them!
Just needed to have a rant about her, I find it sickening someone can be so against my pregnancy and ive stressed the whole way through with it being high risk and I feel like if there was a problem she'd secretly be pleased!

Plus she's 18 and I'm 27, you think she'd realise she has years ahead of her but she's so impatient! Anyway just felt like a moan about her lol
