loola i had an early dip too and heartburn and guess who has asthma too and has been using her inhaler about 4 times more than usual didnt know about that 1 thought maybe i might have been coming down with a bad chest but nothings happened just need my inhaler more i really hope these signs are good for you xxxxxxx

right girls im armed with some cash and im leaving early for work to buy some tests if i can go without weeing for long enough il do one when i get home otherwise il wait till morning (probably the latter as ive drank too much coffee this morning which usually has me peeing all day)

On a slightly different note I have just had a phone call from my DD Hannah, she went for an interview with Thomsons to be a travel rep last Wednesday, they said they would let them know today and she got it!!! My baby is going to work abroad for a couple of years I know she is my daughter but she is such a sweetie, always works so hard and never moans - she will make a fantastic rep

she will be there for her 21st Claire so either me and Dave or me and my mum will try to - depends where she is placed I suppose - she has accepted the job by email and they will let her know in the next hour where she will be working. She put Greece down as her first choice so we will see Gosh I am so proud of her

Congratulations Kmac & Rach!

Ive been away in Wales for the weekend (to celebrate my 27th birthday) and just got in! I went straight to the laptop saying to my DH "I need to see if Kmac got her BFP"....and she did!! I just knew it!!! I am so pleased for you and so glad that you are only a few days behind me!!! Are you over in 1st tri yet?

And Rach too! No 4 is on its way! 1st tri is going to get v noisy with us lot in it!

Such great news - I cant stop grinning!

Loola - Lovely dip you have there! I looked up The Dylan Thomas Centre, it looks fantatsic!

ROM - really good news about your DD

Such a strange thing happened this weekend. DH and I went away two friends of ours (they are a couple and probably our best friends) and they told us that they are pregnant! She is due only two days before me!

Got a bit of a confession (and I would like to know what you ladies think of what we have done ) We didnt tell them that I am pregnant too! It was the hardest thing in the world but DH and I really want to keep it as something only we know about until the 12 weeks are gone. Do you think we have done the wrong thing? Do you think that they will forgive us when they find out? (by the way, they have told everyone not just us) I feel pretty bad about it all but we just want to keep the secret "ours" for a bit. Be honest girls, have I screwed up?

i think you were right not saying anything sally, i havent told anyone either just me and dh know, its nice to keep it to yourself and let it sink in before sharing it with anyone else and for me anyway i would rather know that everything was ok before saying anything, and im sure your friend will understand.

Thanks babydust. I really hope she does forgive me because it would be brilliant if we could be mummys together as she only lives down the road. I am just so scared that it could all go wrong for us and telling people might make it harder for everyone involved.

hi all just got in from work and sorry had to wee at half 5 so no testing for me again today but i have bought a clearblue digi so cant wait till the morning now ooh im so excited wish i wasnt as im so scared of it saying not pregnant now im bricking it for the morning

well just read all the posts since this morning and ive forgot most of it already so sorry everyone will try again later lol but for now

Sally, its completely your choice when to tell people! Im sure she would understand that you may not want to tell people so early on. Besides, you dont have to tell her when you found out do you!

omg girls am bricking it i told you earlier that i had a wee in work at 5:30 well at 8 i needed a wee so did it in my pee cup it looked quite strong so i thought id test with internet cheapie which came up like this mornings so i thought what the hell and dipped a digi really thought it would come up not pregnant as my line was so weak on cheapies and it didnt it says PREGNANT and it came up in 1 minute

someone please tell me it will still be there at 10 when my o/h finishes work he will never believe me otherwise plus i want a photo and he has to do it cos im useless lol
