ahhhhh rolled over in bed the other night and heard and felt a HUGE crack...didnt feel any pain so snuggled back down and went to sleep since it was one of my good nights for getting sleep. Now it feels like ive been booted in the bits by size 12 steel toe cap boots. Start of SPD? Its not actually sore to have my legs apart but noticed its hard going getting up and down the stairs, more so if im carrying LO. Backache getting worse. Going to the local Highland show today and although its only a 10 min walk....yes I will be taking the car and paying the parking fee lol.

Hello all,
Happy weekend!
Hope everyone has a nice easy weekend and these babies give us a bit of a break, symptom wise!!
Massive congrats to Lisey on the birth of her second little princess!!
So I did some sorting yesterday; set up the nappy box, the bath box and cleared room in the kitchen cupboards for feeding equipment. And I put a white wash of baby clothes on! Loved seeing all the tiny baby stuff drying and my house smelling of Fairy Non Bio again! I wish they'd deliver my cot & changing table early, so I can sort all that out too, every things just piling up everywhere.

Hey girls how r u all doing? Enjoying the sunshine? I'm going out tonight! Haha feels like forever since I've been out it's mine and hubby's wedding anniversary so we are going out to dinner. Feels weird getting all dressed up! Only thing I wish I could have now is some wine. Oh well only 2 more months have a good eve everyone cxx

Morning all. Scan on Friday confirmed IUGR, baby is not growing as he should be due to placenta being mature and pressure across cord. In the last 2 weeks he should have gained around 16 oz and he gained only 5. I have been admitted again on Friday and I am being monitored with a c section booked for Wednesday when I will be 34 + 4. We had a look around SCBU yesterday which actually put our mind at ease a bit, quite scary though. He is estimated to be 4 lb 1, give or take 20%.

Hey thanks girls had a lovely time! Weezy I would have def preferred a movie and night In but hubby really wanted to go out. I felt so old I was walking round brighton and my feel were swelling and had to keep sitting down :/ was a nice meal tho and went for drinks well I ended up with two hot chocolates! Rock and roll!! How was the rest of ur wkendd a? Hey donah sorry to hear about the growth but u r in the best hands and they will look after you. Babies born at that age do Soo Soo well u wouldn't even know some of them were premies. My friend had hers at. 34 weeks and she was home 7 days later please let us know how it goes xxxx

Agreed Donnah sounds like your in the best of hands. 34 weeks is not too early and if it wasn't to give baby and you the best of chances they wouldn't do it. Goodluck hun, I'll be looking for your thread
My weekend has been lovely, much needed and v relaxed with oh. Off out shopping soon, bump photo shoot tomorrow and nothing to wear ! Any suggestions welcome as I still have no clue...
I'm struggling with swelling too, took off all rings a few days ago for fear of having to have them cut off!
Sounds like you had a good time though, nice to get out for a bit. Is it just me feeling like a bit of a hermit these days? Xx

Donnah I know you've popped by my journal already but just wanting to reassure you again that it will be fine. I was so worried but now it's just something you accept and get on with. Tabitha is doing really well, she would just be 34+5 today and she's controlling the ventilator's input by herself, barely needing the support. Hopefully she'll be off it in a few days, but if she's not it's ok. The first time you see the incubator is the hardest but after that it gets easier.

Hi all,
It's been a gorgeous weekend hasn't it!!
Although so so hot!! Bradley had his friend over yesterday so took them to the park etc. had to come back and have a nap lol.
Been to a country park type place today, my brother, sister in law & baby niece came with us which was nice. Bradley enjoys it there as theres a play area, sand pit, bouncy castles/slides and room to play football. Wow was it hot tho!! I struggled to get comfy & felt really over heated!!

32 weeks today though, yay!!!


keeptrying - Glad you had a nice night hun, does take it out of you tho doesn't it!!

donnah - Lots of luck for wednesday hun!! We'll all be thinking of you!!
