Just catching up. Donnah wishing you all the best and will be thinking of you Wed. As others have said sounds like your in the best place now for bubs. Leesey so glad to hear tabatha is doing so well.

Keeptrying lovely dress. Hoping to get out for a meal with hubby on wednesday its been a little while and want to make the most of last few weeks haha. But i think i will be ready for bed by the time desert comes.

Happy i love days like that just letting them play and let off steam. Popped to kiddicare today to get a few little bits. Needed to stay out of the heat as soo warm here today. Ive just taken my wedding ring off- feels odd but dont want it to get stuck or cut off lol.

In the last 2 weeks he should have gained around 16 oz and he gained only 5. I have been admitted again on Friday and I am being monitored with a c section booked for Wednesday when I will be 34 + 4. We had a look around SCBU yesterday which actually put our mind at ease a bit, quite scary though. He is estimated to be 4 lb 1, give or take 20%.

I had a bit of a freak out today we r doing our house up when I mean doing up at the moment you can see from the ground floor straight into the roof! We r doing extension, bathroom, kitchen, driveway etc so major work. Anyway was talking to the builder about estimated completion dates and he said around 7th august that is 1 week away from d day!!! I know it sounds mental but it never occurred to me that I could actually have this baby at my mums! But it's getting really close to the date I think it might actually happen! Anyone else had experience with living with inlaws and a new born??? Xx

Just had bump photo shoot done, not something id usually do but really enjoyed it. Now just to wait to see the pics :)

I bought a cooling mist spray from savers today, god send! At £1 I'd def recommend xx

Hi hon I'm good thanks! HG is def behind me now I atill get nauseous but generally feel ok have even managed the odd glass of wine so must be ok! How about you are you feeling better now? I think we are due very close together, I'm 18th aug, when are you again?

Really hope the work gets finished before you pop although could be a blessing in disguise to have help at hand?! I really wanted my mum when I had my son as I was completely overwhelmed but she could come to see us until 2 weeks after. Me and oh we're so clueless and I got myself into quite a tizz in the first week or so!

We moved in with my parents for a year when ds was 9 months and I loved having the help but was different as already established our routines etc. xx
 
Keep trying you are mad!! haha sounds like it will be lovely and well worth it with all that work. But crazy close to dd lol.

Hoping glad to hear the hg is behind you. I fear for the newborn stage again -with a 2 n a bit year old she is soo independant and to go back to a baby relying so much on me to get it right is scary.

Im relying on the cool mists and spray to relieve legs aches etc constantly now in this weather. Going to order some bits online tonight for my hospital bag. Cant believe only 8 weeks left - i hope they fly by but doubt it x
 
Glad to hear that hoping :) it was prob the worst time of my life having hg. I started to really feel myself again around 28 weeks and the sickness stopped around 29 so it's been nice having a couple if weeks being able to eat what I want :) yes we are due exact same date :) that's reassuring to know that you wanted ur mum around after the birth as I think it's going to be reality for me now. I guess if im really lucky they might even do a night feed for u?! Haha hansam I know I really didn't think it through! Cool mist sounds good in this heat I may invest xxx
 
Haha lets just hope they finish on time for you. But as hoping says may not be the worst thing in the world to have extra help.

Haha i was thinking that wonder what order they will actually arrive in. To give you some hope with my daughter it all began on her due date it just took 2 days to get her out lol x
 
I like the bit about the due date but 2 days! How did u cope? What was it like the actual birth bit? I'm still scared about the whole thing :/ xx

Today I had such a hard tummy it was hurting I had to stop walking to school and rest took 15 minutes to ease n came back again 10 mins after. Dint know what it was but it wasn't nice.
I have a hectic week in my salon this week, I think after this week I really need to think about testing and starting early maternity. When is everyone starting theirs, I'm 31 weeks on Friday.
 
To be honest the first 24 hours was bearable and i felt in control with the tens machine and my ball at home and then in the mlu. Loved the water birth it relieved so much pain for me. Just didnt like it when was progressing and she turned back to back during labour, despite being engaged since 30 weeks!! The hospital were amazing though - ended up with forceps delivery and very nearly a c section. But to be honest everyone around you is so in control and reassuring it was much better than i anticipated. Although doesnt make me dread it any less this time around!! x
 
Thanks mummy bear sounds like ur having a hard time at tho moment prob be worth looking at mat leave a bit earlier? I'm thinking of faking mine at 35 weeks.

Hansam that's reassuring to know even tho it sounded painful the forceps bit. RBI going with a water birth this time?
