Ugh, what a day! Caleb slept until 7:45 which was just heaven, I woke up before him which made a nice change other than the fact it was a horrendous pain all down my right leg that woke me! Normally I sleep on my left but I slept on my right and obviously didn't move all night so the pressure was awful by the morning! Then I turned over and Caleb woke instantly!

I was really hoping for a nice cool day today after it was raining all night and all morning... Then at 11 it stopped and the sun came out, and it was boiling again!!!! Getting so fed up of this weather now, I'm really looking forward to the autumn. Being pregnant in the heat is horrible and I can only imagine trying to keep a newborn cool isn't that easy either.

Roll on the cloudy days, leaves falling off the trees, me being able to wear skinny jeans again (..... I WISH!)

Sprk - Was really hoping it was going to happen for you!

MrsM - Sorry to hear you're feeling fed up! I know the feeling, my OH works away and I'm usually just at home with Caleb for weeks on end, it gets so boring! Especially when Caleb has off days and refuses to let me play with him!! I started crocheting though and found it occupies so much time and keeps my mind off being bored! Maybe you could try something like that to pass the time? Only so many books you can read and films you can watch I find!

Morning ladies (& Alan), still no more babies? Come on little ones get a wiggle on.

Off to register Ethan's birth this morning, then hospital this afternoon for stitch check (they'd got infected so been on antibiotics). Tried joining Facebook group but it won't let me, so will have to keep checking in here.

I thought it might be me last night. I was having contractions every 20 minutes. Felt sick. Needing to use the bathroom every 5 mins (for both!!) and abdomen was rock hard.

Managed to get to sleep about 2am and nothing this morning. LO moving around as normal. Must have been a colitis attack causing gut spasms because no sign of anything happening now.

Hope we all have a good day. It's so much better now the heat has reduced a bit. x

Kaffee- I think it might b to do with Alan changing the group from 'closed' to ' secret'- if he comes on will ask him how to sort it coz I'm not sure!

Zoe has posted on fb her waters have started going this morning so there is another bubba on the way!..... I'm being induced Thursday so I should have mine by the end of the week!! 41+4 today and really can't wait much longer!!

Saxelby- that's disappointing hun :-/ Hopefully not too long before the real thing!

Ft90- I'm looking forward to autumn too! Just had to have another shower coz got so sweaty making cakes with Ethan- its ridiculous! Hope your leg pain is better!

Second attempt at sweep tomorrow for me! Hoping there will have been some change but I doubt it :-/ Oh well! Don't think anyone else is overdue at the moment are they?!

Arrr so exciting come on baby Zoe. I just don't know what to do with myself. My whole pregnancy has flown by in a whirl wind but getting to Wednesday is dragging. I keep willing my waters to go and tried every trick in the book so induction Wednesday for me. So excited to meet my little man finally xxx

I agree with the pregnancy going quickly. Mine seems to have been only a few weeks. But then at the same time I don't really remember not being pregnant. It's odd. I will be honest though, I will be glad when my little one is here. I am struggling with previous health problems and not being able to take medications is making my life very hard. I can usually ignore pain but I seem to have reached my limit

I had ongoing pains from Saturday evening, all thru the night and all day Sunday. Kept active as much as poss, got to Sunday eve it started to get quite strong and more painful, no sooner as I downloaded an app to start timing contractions had the pains completely disappeared. Nothing. Not even a niggle. So frustrating!!

First baby was 10 dates over so expected nothing less with this one

Had a sweep again this afternoon though and having horrid Brixton hicks for the last hour or so, but... Been having those on and off for a couple of weeks though so not expecting them to turn into anything, we'll see!

We'll it worked! Pains ramped up from about 8.30pm and little Robyn Elizabeth made her entrance into the world at 1.11am this morning

40mins from 3cm to delivery so good job I planned a Homebirth! It went perfectly, could not have asked for anything better.

Mum2be and you other lovely ladies, hope your little ones come and say hi soon xxx

Congratulations mikid!!! Lovely name and really glad you had a nice birth experience great birthday as well, same as me!

So we've had another August baby, it's not raining, and I'm off for my birthday lunch in a few hours to Prezzo! Between all of that and the fact I'm on the 10 day countdown to having my baby, this is shaping up to be a very good birthday!

cant wait to catch up and read some labour/birth stories.

Cai was in hosp on Sat with breathing troubles. Turns out its reflux and he has aspired fluid into his lungs. Managing to clear it himself but gave us a scare. They want to try avoid medication so will see how it goes.

Every feed is now a boobie feed but its about every 2 hours so tired tired tired here.
