MrsM - must be great to have finished work, makes it sink it that the baby is coming soon! Hope the move goes okay and isn't too stressful!

Had a bit of a hormonal cry yesterday thinking about how these are the last few days of just being alone with Caleb. We're going to my Mum's on Wednesday until the 16th when we come back here to mine and she's staying until after the baby is born. OH is home on the 20th so this is the last few days of just the two of us. I'm excited to have this LO but I'll really miss spending all this one on one time with my first little baby who isn't a baby anymore - as he keeps telling me!!!

I am the same mum2b really have people touching my feet - but im desperate now! Getting really fed up with all this pain from spd, fingers n toes killing me, heartburn hit a new high and now getting headaches and back and neck pain. So im hoping i can get over my issues and it helps lol. Will let you know how get on Wednesday.

Ditto re the toddlers im trying so hard to not just give up totally its not fair that she ends up watching tv or something because im in too much pain. Trying to make the most of it and do activites that are not too painful or active with her but she doesnt stop! Very emotional.

On a positive note lol enjoying the slightly cooler weather due to the breeze today x

Just booked a pedicure and hair cut for Tuesday. If I'm not in labour, I'll be in heaven lol. I used to hate people touching my feet, then I had my first pedicure lol

Morning all. Moves most of the stuff in yesterday, just need to get the last few bits that will go in cars then we can start putting bits away. Got to go buy some wardrobes as well as the wardrobe we were hoping to use fell apart as soon as we moved it, stupid thing.

38 weeks today, yay!
Just want him to arrive now, getting a bit impatient!
Bradley is with his Dad in Weymouth til tomoro, so this weekend would've been perfect to have baby
Went to a wedding yesterday, was lovely but I just felt absolutely huge!! And really uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to get home and lie down!

Mrsm- hope u r all moved in now and can spend the week getting settled and organised.

Not much exciting happening here guys! Some more period pains and quite a lot of braxton hicks today and felt nauseous but that's it!....... Wonder if I will see next weekend out without baby boy putting in an appearance?!
Pretty fed up at times now! Just trying to push through each day knowing it can't b much longer! Xx

Evening all, hope you've all had good weekends. Feels odd not to have been on here everyday like normal, but only just got chance to have some space to log on - have posted my birth story with a piccie of Ethan - sorry in advance for length - very cathartic recalling & writing it down.

Doing really well, even had trip to shops today. He's currently in carrycot in front room window as has a bit of jaundice, so MW told us to get him in daylight to clear it up - it's a bay window, so we keep saying it's like putting him for sale in a shop front! I haven't been able to breastfeed, the production is happening but it's not getting through the delivery lines - breast reduction must be to blame. I tried for 1st 24 hrs but had to make decision to use formula - thank goodness I bought perfect prep mating it's been a godsend. Feel a bit sad about it as enjoyed the 1st 24hrs trying, but at least I tried.

Will be checking in on you all, I expect to see some more babies arriving now we're in August. Mum2be - hoping your soon and not induced.

Hi everyone, sorry I have not posted forever, things have been hectic with the little man! Oliver has been home for 2 weeks and we have settled into family life, it feels like he has always been with us 6 week check on Tuesday and hopefully I will be able to drive then too. How is everyone, has anyone had their babies yet, I am trying to catch up on all the threads!

I still can't work out how to post a pic - if anyone would PM me with how to do taptalk or whatever it is called or give me an email address I can email a pic as I have about 100 now!

So today is the day! I stopped eating last night & now can't drink any water until it's all done. Dunno how I'm gonna cope if it's not until this afternoon. Naturally woke up at 5:30 a bag of nerves. Can't believe by the end of the day I'll have my little girl to cuddle & feed soooo looking forward to skin to skin & feeding! See you all on the other side, will update when I can. Hope everyone has a good day & is all ok xx

Have my scan and consultant appointment at 8.55 so nervous to know how big baby is now and what the plan is regarding delivery xxx

I got a feeling about 9lb3 now lol his head measurement last week was bigger than Emma's and I had a 2nd degree tear. Im actually scared haha xxx

Good luck coco! How exciting! My due date came and went yesterday and still no sign of baby arriving. Got a sweep this afternoon, then another on Friday and if that doesn't work I guess induction? We've not yet chatted about that but I'd rather be induced sooner rather than later to be honest. It's strangely quite hard seeing people on here and colleagues having babies before me when they were due after me. Think I'm just ready to get to meet baby now.
