Thankyou mummy midwife and mum2b it went okay. I was a grown up for a day having to be super serious and clever ha. But i told them about bump and thought 'if you dont like it stuff it'

so ive got 4 months working now!! Which actually is only something like 36 days

I hope you all had a nice mother's day. I had a hard time finding a bump card, there was lots from cats though for some reason.

Ha ha that's mad. My colleague got a kindle fire from her cats for Mother's Day. If I have known the cat mummy thing was big I should have demanded something from our cat!

Hope everyone is having a good day, 1 less hour in bed was a shocker this morning, it felt like alarm had gone off in middle of night!

Is anyone going to get a 3d scan in a few weeks time? We're thinking about it as would be nice and would deffo confirm boy (OH thinking sonographer may have got his bits muddled with umbilical cord - I'm very much doubting that) but the price is off putting, we could get a lot of baby things with that.

I'm good that's hun I've only had a few more since the first lot and moving about helps or sitting if I was moving kind of thing. Made me nervous tho but like my doc says I never get this far so have no idea what it's like where my daughter is 19 is long forgot. Glad work went ok just 36 work days woohoo. I've not worked since my bfp cos the pelvic rest and won't be going back after till little man starts school I love being a mummy so much it's all I want to do xxx

Kaffee we are having one my oh loves the scans and gives him something I suppose. I need to confirm boy too I'm paranoid it's a girl lol and I've bought pretty much everything now lol. Oh dear haha. I've read a lot of stories about it. Did they give you a pic of the potty shot? Xxx

I totally agree with you there after i finish work ill have a whole year with both my babies . Cant wait!! glad its settled for you. Any kind of cramp \tightening scares the bejeezus out of me. So i cant imagine! !

Kaffee i really wanted a 3d scan but i agree with you i could buy soooo much with that money for the bump.

Maybe groupon may have some offers is what i was hoping Xxx

Update on my gender scan from last Thursday after baby was shy at my NHS scan.... We are team....

Lottie- so pleased it went ok!

Kaffee- we r planning to have one around 30 weeks (I did with Ethan). We haven't got a lot of money to spare but we don't have much to buy this time either and it means we can take Ethan with us and hopefully help him understand a bit more! .....Always good to get the gender checked again too!.... I've got the follow from the anomaly scan next week so I'm gonna ask them to double check gender again but I'm pretty sure mine is a boy coz I think I saw his little boy bits lol!

I loved our 3d/4d scan last time coz there was so much time taken over it and getting a DVD to keep was amazing! I could see him over and over whenever I wanted! Also helped bridge the gap between 20 week scan and 40 weeks- it feels like such a long time til the birth- especially if u go overdue, so I liked it for that reason too xxx

Hi ladies loving all the scan news. Daughter is so excited for next Tuesday. I can't wait go see her face I just hope all is ok when we go. I'm feeling the start of a cold- massive sneezes sync I have to hold my bump when I do. Honestly when will this glow appear!!

It's how obvious it looks on mine that I keep wondering if it's the cord lol I've got clothes up to 3-6 months haha I hope they are right. Someone I know got one for £99 off groupon so I'm keeping an eye out. Xxx

Mum2be, makes it cheaper having another the same! Although it would have been nice to have one of each, I feel like our little girls will have a stronger bond as sisters rather than brother & sister, just going off mine and friends/family experiences, so super pleased

Purple socks how old is your daughter? We took our 3 year old with us she was SO excited to see her baby brother or sister on the tele! And then to find out it was in fact a sister, she was over the moon ha! Hope your experience is as lovely as ours

I've just read how some girls have swollen bits and can be mistaken for boys if the angle ain't right looked at some pics too where they have been wrong lol I'm so worried now haha can't wait till the 11th for my scan xxx

Cripes - I guess balls could be mistaken for swollen bits and willy the cord? Think it's more common to mistake girl for boy though isn't it?

Yeh I think the mistake is more common girl to boy rather than boy to girl! Our sonographer didn't hesitate in telling us at all and said it after a quick look! Def wanna double check! Lol! X

Yeah it is. Lol that's why I'm worried what if it is the cord lol it looks a bit big for such a tiny baby the more I look the more I'm worried haha. Is it wrong to post my pic see what you girls think xxx
