Woo hoo looks like we've all graduated to tri 2 now we've all had our scans?

Called the midwife this morning as had a large wet patch on my pjs when I got up. Thought it could be urine as do have bladder issues but totally odourless...the midwife said to put on a sanitary towel and monitor as if amniotic fluid it will keep leaking. It's been about 9 hours and towel seems a bit damp but not wet. Think prob ok but can't help being a bit worried. After suffering with HG I just really need a break not more stress...argh! X

Oh hun, its scary isn't it?! I had some watery discharge last week when my bleed started...... I was worried it was amniotic fluid as didn't smell like urine but they told me my fluid was fine when I had scan and cervix closed. Sometimes I think people get v watery discharge- could b that maybe?? Or maybe it is just v dilute urine?? Can u go in to b checked out anywhere if it doesn't stop and u r worried?? I really feel for u hun....I know exactly what its like xxxx

Up visiting my mum and dad in the North of Scotland and signal is awful. So lovely seeing the family though- this is first visit since we found out we are expecting. Will be their first grand child and they're just so excited already

Welcome to the newbies, hope you have had an easy journey so far.
So glad the last few scans went well and looking forward to us all being back together in Tri2 for the next few months

Hope you had a fab time away Happy and hope your new shifts are ok mummy midwife Went to book that scan you spoke of but MIL isn't willing to travel down and thinks I'm doing if on purpose so she can't come. Now trying to book one for Sat 8th in Elgin- nightmare but not surprised.
Mum2b410- hope all is ok, sure it'll be fine. Let us know how you get on with MW.

Mum2b argh that sound terifying hun. But im so glad your bean is okay. But last preg i had 5 bleeds and they scared the bejezus out of me. Did they say it might just be ur cervix. Coz the consultant told me increased blood and cells that apparently make mucas plug can bleed.

But i know that doesnt make it any less scary!. Hope your feeling good tnite

I know its so worrying isn't it? I think I'll see how it goes for a few days as oh thinks I worry too much and that we are always calling the midwife/doctor about something! It was quit a lot to be discharge - a wet patch as big as a small plate. It could have been very diluted urine.

Thanks for your support hon. I really hope your bleeding completely stops and you have an uneventful remainder of your pregnancy.

I'm just at my wits end with all this sickness that another problem has pushed me over the edge!! X

They looked at my cervix last week and said it looked really 'healthy' and no cause for bleeding!! Feel like I'm never gonna know why! How did u cope with all those bleeds? I don't know what to do except take one day at a time! Feel like I can't plan anything incase it all goes wrong :-/

Its so tough but that is what midwives and drs are for- to ask questions and seek reassurance! If u r still getting it don't feel scares to call someone!..... Really hope it all stops tho!..... Try to take it easy- hard enough with HG let alone anything else! Xxx

Yup getting a small bump, can't really tell properly because I have a little pot belly anyway. But my OH says the shape looks different so I'm hoping there is a little bump under there!

Hey Pixxy- I'm snotty today! Again! I just can't seem to kick the germs! Think I've had a cough since before Christmas and this is either another new cold or the sinus infection has not gone despite the antibiotics ( although I do feel better than when I started them!). Got any nice plans for the weekend?? I have a Christening to go to tomorrow then straight on to a work shift but not much on today xx

I'm good girlies, my son has chicken pox at the moment so we are cuddled up on the sofa until i can summon the strength to get ready for work lol. I'm so hungry but everytime i look in the cupboard im like "well... not for that" lol I'm sure my belly will come up with some inspiration soon lol
