dont worry about it I was the same, I spent an hr in bed (always starts middle of the night lol) and kept thinking no, I was imagining it then another would come on...without a history to work out how long it takes you I would perhaps treat this as if its your first baby and therefore it may be more likely to be longer than shorter (unless you're one of the few that give birth mere hrs after first contraction!).
at this point my midwifes advised me to try and sleep (hard I know but even shut eye is better than nothing!)...I eventually got up and had a shower 4hrs later...use your gut feeling perhaps compare your timings in the second hour and if still regular and not increased you may have more time than you think.. storing energy is the main goal whether it be naps or eating...I kept to staple foods throughout labour (mainly cos didnt fancy much but my brain was telling me to store energy) so toast, cereal, fruit and nuts if you like that kinda thing and little and often just like pregnancy...
