Just Braxton hicks...my body just likes to give me painful ones-I think its from my Caesarian because I had quite a lot of incidents like this when I was pregnant last time aswell.

Just read an analogy that someone had put on a fb group 'contractions are like an orgasm, if you have to ask then they're probably not real' made me chuckle.

Anyone getting signs of baby arriving soon?
I'm guessing that it'll end up been Tuesday as we really can't miss this appt again-the others can be rearranged or it will be Saturday-either way only a matter of days off x

Oooh Kanga I nearly missed your post! Thank goodness they're finally listening to you and taking you seriously, you've had so many episodes of reduced movement, I can't believe it's taken this long. Fingers crossed all goes well with the ctg and scan and little man can stay put a little longer. But even if he does come this week, I'm sure he'll be fine xxx

I haven't long got out of hospital! Trace was OK but his heart rate isn't very responsive and he still hasn't moved much. Doctor did talk about inducing today but they decided to try a sweep (it failed) and repeat ctg tomorrow and then see how the scan goes. But induction likely for Tuesday. xx

At least you've seen the doc and theres plans in place now.

Looks like we might be having some due date madras and some freaky horizontal dancing tonight. Whos your daddy???

I know and it was quiet! I was the only one in for monitoring and on labour ward no one was in labour! Only 4 ladies in but all had delivered. Feeling a bit meh since leaving as he still hasn't moved. Feel like I may be phoning again later if I still haven't felt any movements! xx

Nope only had 4 movements on the monitor Just had a few more but feeling quite worried to be honest! xx

If you're still worried I would ring them back or try and rest as much as you can so you're more aware of the movements. Baby obviously needs to be out rather than in now xx

Hun try not to worry. You're going for a Ctg. They're going to monitor you and you are totally in the right place for them to look after you. It's scary but I'm sure everything will be fine. Try to stay calm and Im sure that if they are worried about the baby at all they will take steps to induce you. You're going to meet your beautiful baby soon and it's all going to be ok.

Definitely think going back is the right decision. They will keep an eye in you, and if they are worried, they will look at bringing baby out meet you. On the flip side, you might get there and get hooked up, and baby suddenly wakes up! Either way, the hospital is best place for you to be so your not sat at home worrying. Good luck either way

Just had a strong contraction, been to the toilet and started losing my plug! Woop!!!!!
So happy I'm actually crying!!
