This is my first month of SMEP! Though I was poorly for CD8 so we did 9, 11, 13, 15, 16 (+OPK), 17, hubby then poorly CD18 so we stopped there.

Really hoping we're in with a good chance! Also took Agnus Castus up to CD14 and and I got +OPK two days earlier then normal. Testing next Friday at 12DPO x

We have done this again this month. I am hoping we have been successful. Symptoms so far, super tired, irritability, dizzy, a day or so of cramps, some that made me say ouch!! Funny taste in mouth, thirsty, sore boobs on and off, headaches. We didn't use opks but have all my cycles on calender. AF due next week xx
