Hi ladies, I have been doing slimming world for just over a week now and I am struggling, I love salad and veg and fruit and stuff anyway so I fill up on them but my problem is that ever since I have been feeding my little man I CRAVE sugar! Literally I cannot not eat something with sugar in! Does anyone have any handy hints of what I could eat which is sweet and tasty instead of chocolate which is obviously really bad! X
Me to Hun!!!! Try the muller light toffee or vanilla with dark chocolate sprinkles. They're free and have been my saviour!!! Also treat myself to malteasers now and again. They don't have a huge amount of syns xxx
