I had a day off slimming world yesterday as was at a wedding and wanted to let my hair down as it was my first night out since lo was born.
Back on it today abs hoping I can do enough from now til Wednesday to get at least a pound or two off. Ideally I'd like 2 pounds to get my half stone award.
Mash potato and swede mashed together same texture but a lil lighter and has veg in it so feel better I need to personally add a lil salt as it can be sweeter tasting . It's yum though!
I've been really good all week - cant wait for my weigh in on Tuesday to see how much I've lost in my 1st week. Realised tonight my trousers don't feel tight like they did before joining SW
I've been doing great only my first week i know but its not as difficult as I thought & I'm never feeling hungry which i thought would have got me & made me eat somethin bad! Can't wait til weigh in on weds hoping I've done as well as i feel. I've been having mini milks as my syn at night only 1.5 & nice & sweet if i need it which i have been especially as I'm due my time of the month hoping that doesn't bloat me either. Glad to see everybody's doing good,keep it up girls xx

Oh bugger - it was all going so well!! My OH has just come back from the chippy and I have eaten 1/2 a small battered sausage and about 20 chips Any idea what the damage is for these?? They were sooooo good though lol
Hi ladies, I have been doing slimming world for just over a week now and I am struggling, I love salad and veg and fruit and stuff anyway so I fill up on them but my problem is that ever since I have been feeding my little man I CRAVE sugar! Literally I cannot not eat something with sugar in! Does anyone have any handy hints of what I could eat which is sweet and tasty instead of chocolate which is obviously really bad! X
