Just about to have my tea - SW chips which everyone raves about (can't wait!!), SW piri piri chicken & a huge portion of Kale :-)

I re joined sw on 2/1/12 and have lost 18.5ib do far so not doing great ! Weight came off easier before I had Rhea ! I normally weigh in on a wed but if I'm working go on a tues. start weight was 13 st 1.5ib weight now 11 st 11 and target is 10 st xxx

Anyone know how many syns there are in 'mojo' sweets? I've weakened and eaten 3!!

Aah, ooh ok , can't find them, hut fruit salad sweet are only about 1 syns each or 4 for a 20g chew.
 
Thanks for adding me Kat86 what's everyone's plans for dinner tonight ? I'm thinking I may try and do my own chicken kebab effort with sw chips. Got some hot and spicy chicken breast and co op whole meal pittas as my healthy B xx


 
:yay: for everyone's losses!!! We should get a running total of the amount we've lost together. (I'll try work it out in a minute!)

Ooo the homemade kebab sounds good. Should work well. Im having.chilli tonight with rice. Will put spring onions in the rice and peppers, kidney beans, mushrooms, onion, garlic, carrot and celery in the sauce. :) this will be day three 100% on plan.

Oooooh they sound gorgeous!!

So does the chilli, not sure what to do yet? I text my consultant last night asking if she has a few books in stock that I really want, had no reply yet! Thinking of changing groups, there's another one on a Thursday night with a different consultant, was thinking of going just to see what she's like. Don't feel she's supporting well really xxx
 
Help! I'm trying to be so good, even last night after weigh in when I usually have a cheat evening! But i am shattered today and down please.stop me from going to chippy! Convince me that I do want to peel the potatoes!

Whenever I feel I'm going to break, I visualise myself looking skinny and it spurs me on!

I've not tried them frozen yet! Keep meaning to but forget to pop them in the freezer!
 
Is frozen miller light good? I've got a 0% activia wonder if thatll work lol
