Slimming world support thread.... Tips, ideas, advice and support

Have you got any low syns treats around? Im having a crappy day (totally blame the weather) so while LO naps Im watching crap TV munching on grapes grapes going to have a rocky road hi-fi bar and a flump.

Also don't forget about flexi syns! If you fancy a chippy then you could have a small bag, count the syns and work out how many you need to claw back back during the week.
 
I had a frozen muller the other night and I thought it was gross :( I'll stick to mini milks as they're only 1.5syns.

Seriously try the frozen muller light! Give it a good shake, set a timer and shake it again in 30 mins, and again in another 30 mins then eat either in another 30 mins or so, or another day. They are a bit hard at first, but I sorta scrape the spoon across and get a yummy ice fluff, then as its a lil softer its a really nice texture. Don't let it melt too much as its not as nice, I just continue to scrape LOL
 
Help! I'm trying to be so good, even last night after weigh in when I usually have a cheat evening! But i am shattered today and down please.stop me from going to chippy! Convince me that I do want to peel the potatoes!

Have a look for a comfort food recipe on the website hun! I feel the same today. Xxx
 
Aw, am they freeze wierd if you don't shake it maybe that was it? Or if you let it melt it goes gross. I'm sad you didn't like it but don't know why lol

Thanks kat, will have a look . Kinda feel too tired to be adventurous, but luckily had bolognaise in the freezer I made last week :-)
 
Haha well I don't feel like Im missing out if that makes you feel less sad :) I barely eat mullers (even though my fridge is full of them!) so it's not a huge loss.

Is anyone working towards their body magic awards? Im hoping this week I can get my half stone award and my bronze body magic. If I really pull all the stops out I wonder if I can get slimmer of the week too. That'd be an uber productive evening!

Oh! We've got a taster evening on Tuesday too. Im not sure what to make. Im thinking I might make some of the 1 syns forerro roche things (I think that's spelt totally wrong but you get the jist!)

I'm trying to do.body magic, struggling as the only things I can do is walks with pram, but its raining, or exercise dvd but its quite intense and I'm shattered thinking about it :-(

Yes I know the feeling. Want to join the gym, worried about not having the time to go though and wasting my money. I go to night school studying accountancy then do my dads and husbands accounts and have a 3 year old and 8 week old. So I just try to leg it with the pram when I can lol xxx
 
I'm trying to do some fast walking/jogging for my body magic can hopefully get 3 times a week in !

Brian slept for a little while and I managed 20 mins of my dvd so I'm happy, Brian woke up at the end so i did the squats while holding him, extra resistance! Lol. Also not to self, buy good sports bra ....

Currently 11st 1lb

And I am 20 weeks pregnant haha!

I managed to lose 2lbs on weds! Am amazed! Bump continues to grow lovely but all the rubbish fats are still being lost elsewhere on my body its great! :-) xx

Loving the front page list getting bigger. Lots of support :love:

Just munching on some grapes. Felt crap this morning and wasn't sure what to eat so just ate a small tin of spaghetti :blush: it was yummy though.

A small break through this morning though, because my cupboard is full of pink wafers, jaffa cakes etc (my OH feels the need for these lol) and I so wanted some but then thought 'what good will come from eating the pink wafers?!' and really...none. Hence the spaghetti. But yay for stopping myself.

I have just paid more attention to the first page lol... You dont want all my weekly losses so far do you lol or just from now? I lost 2lb last week! and my ultimate lowest target is 8 stone so dont know if anyone wants to update? :-P xx
