Can anyone tell me how many syns are in a 35-40g slice of white bread (tesco fresh farmhouse sliced loaf)? Can I have it as my choice B allowance or does it have to be syn'd (they only list wholemeal bread in the B choices)? I'm doing the extra easy plan. Thank you :-)
 
Hmm can't find it with the weight, but a thick slice seems to be 6-6.5 and a medium 5-5.5 and extra thick is 7. No they aren't b choice unfortunately :-( no wonder I couldn't lose weight I love bread :-(
 
Did your consultant give you a pin to sign up online? It's great because there is a massive database with syns, I also have an app with them on, its handy. I don't mind looking though :-)

I just put in slimming world into Android store and its the only one, got a pic of the red logo, kinda looks unprofessional , I thought it was gonna be a non offical thing but its ok, bit primative but you have to log in to get syns so I knew it was real lol
 
I tried to log into it last night but it doesn't seem to work on my iPad :-( My husband is a computer whizz so he is going to try to sort it for me tonight.
 
5lb loss :D 11st 11.

What does everyone have for breakfast? I always have scrambled egg or boiled egg and 2 slices of nimble as an HEB or 2 weetabix. Getting a bit bored. X

Whoo well done on the 5lb gone :yay:

I've taken to having either apple or grapes and a babybel and alpen light or yogurt. I quite enjoy dipping my apple in the toffee flavour. But otherwise I'll have bacon and scrambled egg or an omlette or beans on toast. I tend not to have cereal as that's your hea and b used all in one meal.

Spent half an hour trying on lots of clothes last night and it really spurred me on. Lots of clothes that are now baggy or fit after being too tight.

Your brekkie sounds better than mine! I'm not used to having breakfast so not adventurous, but I'm enjoying porridge with sweetner and cut up banana in :-) that way I'm using my milk (bf so have stupid amount of hex a to get through) and having a third superfree for extra easy :-)
 
Aw am bet that felt amazing!!! My bottoms I'm wearing today are loose woooooo :-) wore first pair of jeans since I was 25 weeks pg the other day and they fit :-) even if my jelly belly hanging over the top Haha, need to do some toning!
 
Thanks ladies. I think I'm gonna do an extra easy day again. It tried last week one day and it was good. I think doing a few red days helped as I always stick to green.

How much porridge can you have kayelle?

35g unflavoured is hex b , and it uses 180ml of milk, so you still have a lot of allowance left for tea or coffee etc

Getting so nervous for group!
 
i lost half a pound last night at weigh in lol, takes me to a stone and a half lost exactly lol
