Hey bev :wave: amazing losses so far!

Kat 3lbs is ace. I lost that in my first week and never expect it to happen again lol.

Just been for my run and I actually don't mind if I gain tonight because I can totally see the difference in my shape and my stomach. Off for lunch now, peppers, spring onion, sausage omelette followed by an apple :)
 
1st meeting tonight - dreading being weighed as I don't know how much I've put on in the past few weeks with all my comfort eating.
I had fruit for breakfast and ham salad for lunch, then got very low and ate 2 packets of hula hoops :-( oops! (well its my 1st day back at work after a month off sick so not doing too badly).
Des anyone know how many syns there are in a packet of hula hoops? They are multi pack size, 1 cheese & onion & 1 plain. Thanks xx
 
Its great that you can feel the difference in your shape and feel happy about it :-)
 
I think they're roughly 6.5 syns a bag. Good luck at WI tonight! Try not to feel guilty about eating the 'wrong' things. Just move on and choose better next time :)

Yeah 6.5 syns , don't worry once you've seen the plan it makes a lot of sense, like making tweaks to things.

Hi jayx :-) the plan is great, years ago I lost 4.5 stone in 8 months , then had the baby lol so its a great plan :-)

Had my 1st meeting this evening - I went with my best friend who has decided to rejoin. Everyone was lovely and made us feel very welcome. I've come home with loads of leaflets and recipe ideas to look through. It all sounds very confusing but I'm sure I will work it out after a few days :-)

My starting weight is 11 stone 10 1/2 lbs and I want to get down to 9 1/2 stone again.

yeah thats right, im aiming for 14stone lol. havent been that for 5 yrs so it seems miles away
 
Can you add me to Wednesday weigh ins?? I'm not advertising my starting weight as it was so bad, but will let you know how much I lose (if any) after I've been to get weighed tonight.

Of course hun!! You don't need to tell us any weight, you can just put tour weekly losses. Would you like me to put a target in for you, eg x stone? You don't have to though!! Xxx

Lost 1 and a half lb which is what i put on last week so I'm happy with that.... buttttt I didn't get to do my pre weigh in poo :brat:
