Morning ladies,

As I predicted everything stopped for me last night, woke up with awful period pain at 4.30 but it went off after a few minutes. I was pretty convinced it was nothing but at least things are starting slowly I suppose.

Going to try and relax today, my pelvis and groin are so sore that it hurts to move my legs. But at least I get to have my nails done today then it's operation evict baby! I've not done anything to get her moving so might try a few things later. If Dr thinks I'm close then maybe a little encouragement will help her on her way.

Bex I'm so excited for your mw apt, she's 100% gonna say your waters have gone, I reckon that sweep today will be just what's needed. Your prediction for today/tomorrow was right xx

Woohoo for labour threads!!! I can't wait!!

I'm telling baby to "get out" daily now. Doesn't seem to be working. Baby was doing a massive "up yours" last night by non stop wriggling for hours haha!!

Is it really your due date tomorrow Kim? It's going so quick! Amazing. Could be a busy weekend on here.

My due date is tomorrow. This time last year I was waiting for my wedding on the Saturday. This year I'm waiting for a baby!

Hubby booked 2 weeks paternity from the due date. He can go when needed so everything is ok. Last night I asked him what days off does he have next week, his reply was I've not checked I was looking forward to the two weeks off! Hubby then told baby to start to come today after 3pm when he's finished work, come on Saturday or Sunday so that he can have two weeks off from Monday. Men!

I can't believe we're due this weekend! I'm more and more convinced I'm going to go over now. I hate that I get all these signs and nothing comes of it, it's so disappointing

MrsMisa my hubby is exactly the same, he keeps saying hurry up baby I don't want to go to work haha he just wants his 3 weeks off, pffffft typical!

I'm so glad of the cooler weather today, yesterday was horrible and took ages to get asleep. Off to see the midwife at 11.45, I'm hoping she's going to have a poke around and get things started a bit. Had a few shooting pains that came in waves last night but didn't amount to anything.

Just had my BP checked again and it was fine, booked in for a sweep on Tuesday now, reeeeeally hope I don't need it.

Just added an eyebrow and eyelash tint onto my nail appointment, may as well as I've got nothing else to do but wait, literally can barely move my legs today so annoying!

Whine away Hayley, I think a lot of us are feeling a bit miserable at the moment (although hopefully not Bex anymore!)

I had a meltdown this morning, so much for my relaxing day! I just suddenly burst into tears and sobbed my heart out for no particular reason other than I'm fed up and missing DS! MIL phoned to see how we all were and I told her I was feeling pretty miserable so she invited me over this afternoon so at least I'm not going to be moping about on my own. I keep trying to snap out of it but these hormones and being overdue messes with your head!

Excited for your sweep Hayley? I don't get mine till I'm 40+5 because of how the clinics are done and the fact I'm avoiding mum doing it!! Hopefully won't get there....

My family are such knobs. After putting my Facebook status up today informing everyone of the lack of news, my BIL has asked (told him we had it 4 days ago but wanted some time to ourselves!) and my aunties asked any news. Idiots!

I know the end is in sight though, 12 days over is policy for induction here - I'm hoping that I get some level of "special treatment" because my mums worked as part of this unit for 30ish years... But we'll see haha!

Have a stinker of a cold today, but I'm in a far better mood. We seem to have good weather today whilst your all suffering, though it might be on the change now.

Michelle - due date tomorrow, ahhhh!!! It's come so quick?! I'm hoping for not next weekend as that's our first wedding anniversary and Zulu also has his first agility show we'd love to be able to go to!! My hubby's got 2 weeks off from Sunday booked, will swap it for paternity when baby shows up but it'll be nice to have some company.

I want lots of baby news today please girls, just a polite request xx

I've just frightened myself, was looking through photos on the computer and found one of me at about 39 weeks with DS. Compared it to one of me taken the other day and omfg I am soo much bigger this time! My bump with DS looks tiny! And he was 8lb 9! So how big is this one going to be?? And she's still in there growing and showing no sign of coming out anytime soon! Eek!

If it makes you feel better Ammdaz, bump size has little correlation to baby size! I keep being told how neat and small my bump is (feels huge to me...!) but mums estimated I'm gonna have about an 8lb-er! (She's usually quite accurate up to that date!) it's just the poor muscle tone since you've had 2 stretching things xx

Yeah that does make me feel a bit better, I hope you're right! I'm terrified of having a whopper! She does feel quite big in there, when she moves sometimes I'm convinced she's going to burst out! Xxx

I am excited about sweep I just hope I don't need it. Was really hoping the pains from yesterday would carry on today but I've got nothing, had more jelly tho but that's not exciting anymore.
I can't believe people are still asking you Kim even though you've out that on Facebook???

Ammdaz it must be my hormones cause I'm crying at everything too, need to snap out of it cause I hate it when I'm like this. Just keep telling myself 15 days maximum but that just makes me more upset haha x

I keep getting "ANY SIGNS?" Texts too. Or messages. Or people coming round. Ugh. I don't want anyone to know I'm in labour. Haha. But I guess people will get bored if I'm still in this position a week from now. Or 2 weeks.

Have dull period back ache which is non-stop. So my BHs must be back. Still feel like I need a poo all the time but nothing happens (sorry) has anyone else had this? It's the opposite to diarrhoea surely which makes me think I've got a long wait!

Sweep on Monday. Looking forward to the day as my husband is working from home and promised to take us for a juicy burger after the s&s.

Hayley people are only asking cuz they know I'd do the same to them - its all jokes in a "lets wind Kim up" way, my own fault really!!

These waters just keep on coming though! Fx you all get going soon. Squiggle is fully engaged so that's good news.
