*~*~* September 2015 Mummies *~*~*

Ah kelly I am sorry you are so miserable. Can you speak with your midwife tomorrow about seeing another midwife while she is away, or going to the hospital for another sweep in a few days if things don't progress?

H glad you are doing ok, hopefully results will show you have nothing to worry about tomorrow xx

Spoke too soon, doctor just called with results and said all came back clear the only thing that flagged up was fact I am still anaemic but I always am anyway due to having alpha thalasemia so no great shocker there she just said I am not allowed a water birth which I already knew :)

Glad it was good news H!!
Kelly, definitely try and be seen by another mw, the ones here are really flexible, I'd imagine they'd try to sort something if you explain the situation. Surely they want to avoid induction.
Sorry the sweep wasn't favourable Tessa but as Summer said, things can change so quickly. Fx. Hope you enjoy the wine! I might have a glass tonight, keep forgetting I can!
Michelle, I don't blame you wanting to settle in to a routine, think you're totally right. MiL came with hubby's nan who I love to bits so was a lovely visit in the end!
X

She mentioned about sending me to another surgery. But ill see what he says tomorrow x

Helen so glad everything came back clear.and your feeling better! Yay x

Gilly, enjoy your wine :)
Glad visit wasn't too bad in the end.

I'm starting to feel a bit sick :( just want I want on top of my great mood! Arghhh xx

Omg only just realized I can drink again now I'm not breastfeeding(my boobs r so much better today as well thank god) Wahoo will have to have a drink at the weekend I think. Mw checked my stitches today n said they r healing well so that's good. Seems so weird to think this time last week I was still just getting cleaned up n stitched lol.

H glad all is ok n Kelly so sorry u r so down really hope u go into Labour real soon.

Michelle.x

Yippee. I am so jealous of your guilty free drinking lol!
Just lost loads more plug! How much of this yucky stuff do we actually have!? X

Gilly, pleased the visit went well :)

Michelle, glad the boobs are less painful already, nothing worse than feeling really sore!

Kelly, I have felt super sick all day so you have my sympathy! I thought same about plug with Ruby, really thought I had lost it all and then had a huge amount of bloody show day she was born lol x

Yea they were horrid this time don't remember them being so bad with Harry. They still hurt every now n again but mostly it's ok. Sore when I try n sleep tho.

Really hope u ladies have ur babies soon u all have my sympathies as I cudnt imagine going over or anywhere near. I'm so glad she's out of me lol.

Michelle.x

I hope so too Michelle. I was 100% sure I wouldn't get this overdue. I'm so shocked and unhappy! Haha x

The texts have started today. Only 3 so far .... Is baby here yet?

This weekend it's Man United v Liverpool. Hubby is a Liverpool armchair supporter. The weekend Amelia was born was the same fixture. How bizarre would it be if baby #2 was born this weekend!!

I think people are stupid.
We would tell people if baby is here and if if we didn't then maybe we don't want to tell them yet? Lol! It annoys me :(

My OH doesn't want baby to arrive then as he is liverpool all over and doesn't want to miss the game :-p x

I got very militant about the texts when I was overdue with my daughter. I just didn't answer them, it annoyed me so much. MIL was the worst (because obvs we wouldn't tell her when her grandchild arrived). I'd just ignore her, because it pissed me off, so she'd then ring hubby- haha! Let him take some of the shit! I will be doing the same this time- I don't mind if they're 'how are you texts?', but those laughingly asking if I'm still pregnant will be deleted.

Seriously feel for those of you already overdue- I found it miserable. I was due 5th January, so should have enjoyed the xmas break with lots of people off work, lots of socialising, and then had a baby. Instead, everyone went back to work, left me at home, January blues set in. 13 days later, I had a baby! I'm prepared to go over this time- to the point I'm not even thinking if due dates. Haha, as if! :)

Haha Katherine and Kelly I am under orders not to give birth then too but my OH is supporting Man U lol x

Oh man I feel really rough, woke up feeling really sick and crampy, got really really loose bowels and cramps are pretty painful and strong so either I am in for a night or horrendous diarrhoea or false labour or actual labour not sure which yet but I don't feel right at all so hoping it might be the latter.....

Ok that was most definitely a contraction. If it is false or real labour is another matter but definitely a contraction. I hope this isn't body being stupid though as it is super painful and that would be cruel x

Ooo H! Hope this is it for you. Had to laugh at your post about my prediction, I was totally kidding myself then it happened! I'll try and write up my story when I get chance x

Just popped in - will catch up properly when I finally get home!

H hope this is it for you! Will keep as posted as possible xxx
