Hi! Please could you change my date to 24/11 and having a boy! Also, I'd love to join the Facebook group too please.

After having done barely any shopping, we finally got out at the weekend and bought loads of things and chose which pushchair we will be having. So now we've got about half of everything we need, the rest I think we will order online. I feel so much more organised now.

Has anyone else been nesting? I keep wanting to have everything in order and ready, even though there's still plenty of time.

I'm measuring right in the middle, not the biggest baby but also not the smallest, though I'm very petite, so everyone keeps saying how big I am and it must be a big baby! x

I still need to buy a few bits (monitor, nursing chair, snuzpod sheets, just odd bits!!). I'm desperate to start nesting!!! However our kitchen is currently being ripped out so the house is upside down. However once it's done nesting will most definitely be let loose!!! Xx

I've still barely bought anything! �� Having a boy this time so need to sort through my daughters baby clothes to make room before I can stock up. Her bedroom is still being decorated so shes sleeping in my room whilst Ive moved up the loft. Looking forward to not having to climb ladders to go to bed ��

Have a moses basket thats been in the family for decades so baby has a bed at least heh. Thankfully kept my daughters swing and jumperoo too so dont need to buy them again

Eeek we are suddenly quite organised unexpectedly! Just had the family throw us a baby shower so we got a fair few baby clothes, the pram and a baby swing...and lots of other useful bits like baby bath liquids, sponges, nappies, etc etc! All stuff we wouldn't have thought of and always mount up to more than you think!! Feeling so much more real now that we have the pram and everything in the house! xx

Aww thats lovely, I think I'm pretty organised..... Got the Pram, cot bed & changing table, bottle prep machine, baby bath, 2 packs of sleepsuits so far, 1 pack of vests, swing, bouncy seat, playmat. Need the bottles & changing bag. My friends are all getting together and buying the car seat. All's I need to do is buy bedding & wash the moses basket linen and buy a few bits and bats such as more clothes, thermometer etc x

Haha I feel so unprepared. I'm still waiting on major building work to start (won't have a room for baby until finished and daughter has to stay in with us whilst work commences too! So I've not bought too much - hoping I can salvage most of my daughters bits when I get to them! Somewhere I have a crib, a travel cot, a bouncer, a car seat, a bath support, a pram, i have 7 vests0-3, 3 vests newborn. 3 newborn baby grows, 6 0-3 baby grows, a blanket, some nappies/wipes, a hat, muslin clothes, bottles / steriliser / bottle warmer set, my old change bag, hoping that's all I need although right now that stuff is lost in a huge pile of junk/ furniture being stores in spare room!

Will start packing bag mid September I reckon and give her clothes a wash to get rid of the harmful chemicals. Hoping by January I can buy toddler furniture for my daughter and hand me down the cot bed to new baby.... If the work is finished!!

Just had my specialist appointment for my underactive thyroid. They aren't going to give me medication because I'm already trimester 3, i just have to plug through it until they retest 10 weeks after birth. I've gone from 28cm at 28+4 to 33cm at 30+4 so have a scan on Friday.

Noooo I have started putting a list together though. I see the consultant on 16th Sept so hopefully I will get my induction date then. Then I will make a start on it, I only packed it like 2 weeks before my induction last time too. it's easier when you know when you're going into hospital I suppose. I need to pack a few days clothes for my son too incase anything happens and I am in hospital for longer etc and he ends up staying with grandparents x

I thought I was sorted with having everything ready! Nursery decorated and all furniture up, washed all of his clothes and blankets and bedding, hospital bag pretty much ready to go apart from last minute things. But I don't know about anyone else, but I keep thinking 'I need this and that!' Like grow bags and baby wipes haha. Baby shower next Saturday so waiting for that until I get all the remaining stuff. I feel like nesting only kicked in last week for me (28/29 weeks).

I've got 3 and a half weeks to go trying to get through is tough! Took husband to a fancy hotel Sunday for his birthday 2 hours away- I got food poisoning! Spend Sunday night throwing up and yesterday in bed until last night when my chest infection kicked in. Just one illness after another. Had a random bleed last week too and ended up being monitored for an hour before being sent home. Can't wait for maternity leave...
