I think I weigh around the same I did pre pregnancy, but the tummy flab is SO difficult to shift :( I wish dieting could help me with that one, but no chance...

Great tread all the motivation i can get will help

I was just under 9 stone before gettin pg, cant remember exact numbers but i know i was over 4 stone up at about 34 weeks

last week i weighed my self and was 10.9 stone too tired to work out what the .9 is in pounds lol

so ideally i want to loose about 2 stone

whats everyone doing to loose the baby weight?

Breastfeeding lol.

In all seriousness I think breastfeeding has helped me lose so much weight so far. On top of that I'm trying to get at least one good walk in a day. I intend to keep adding excersise as and when Chloe will let me but at the moment she demands so much attention I can't do any more.

Also trying to drink plenty of water and get a reasonably healthy diet. Easier said than done at times :)

Oh can I join? I've lost 16lbs since having Brooke but need to lose another 14lbs at least!

I'm currently 12'4 (gulp!) x

I totally agree with the breast feeding being a total god send!! Samuel is three weeks tomorrow and every other day I see a difference on the scales and I see this being a consequence of breast feeding :)

Im at slimming world and have been for 3 mths it's coming off slowly !! But think that's because I still kind of followed the diet while pg ! Waiting for my results to see what exercise I can do !! Xxx

I was 20 stone pre preg and the same after. I have been on a healthy eating kick this week is my first,
I walk up to my mums (up a massive hill) everyday, i have started eating meals not skipping because the dr said thats the worst thing to do, i eat lots of fruit and veg and dont snack. My OH has been sweet and making me a fruit salad before he goes to work for me to eat at dinner - i shoud be cooking for him!

I want to join too. I was around 65 kg normally but got my BFP straight after xmas so was 67kg, went up to' about 78kg and back down to 68 when Ryan was born. All was going well but when I stopped BF at 5 months (supply ran out) I went up to 71kg :-( .
Am going on a diet as of tomorrow and am going to go on lots of long walks and do exercise DVD (when it arrives).
I'd love to go to a gym but no one to look after LO.
Friday weigh in sounds good to me!

My first goal is to stop snacking when I'm feeding. During the night I just wanna munch while bf. the carvings are worse than when I was pg. going through packs of choc biscuits!!

Xxx

Love this thread.

I'm currently 11st 10lb. I weighed myself the day I went in for my induction and was 14st 7lb exactly. Before I got preg I was 11st 6lb I think, but I'd put on weight from Xmas. A few years before I did Slimming World and was comfortable between 10st and 10st 7lb. I want to get down to 10st 7lb to start with.

So need to lose 1st 3lb.

I started slimming world nearly 7 weeks ago and have lost 13lb so far. My weigh in is Tuesday (I'm doing it at home instead of going to group), but will update here on Friday :)

As I don't own scales, I'll do my measurements. I measured my waist and hips last week. Waist 42in hips 45in

Pre pregnancy I was 12st. Went up to 16st I think. Now just over 14st. My diet is really bad so trying to eat better as of tomoro. Good luck ladies! We can all do this! :)

Yes we can all do it!! we've all got through so much together so far, this is a final step!!

i'm going to be eating a max of 1123 calories per day (i know its precise but every calorie counts!) i'm going to walk round the park (big park!) twice, twice a week with Will and i'm going to the gym for an hour twice a week xx

I really need to step up the exercise. I hardly do anything  Its refreshing to see we're all in similar boats tbh. I'm glad I'm not alone. I read so many posts when pg about size 8s being too tight I was thinking I was the only one not a size 8 (not that there's anything wrong with being that size - am jealous!).

Managed my first day following weight watchers yesterday. Had a nice steak dinner without going over.

Lost 1.5 stone on it a few years back but they've changed the points system a bit. Going to get OH to help me do dome sit ups every day my mum tum is awful. Been walking more lately anyway as L cant stand the baby seat.

I definitely want to join this group! Im feeling rubbish about my body at the moment. Before pregnancy I was about 10 stone, but I'd put on weight then & wanted to get back down to 9 stone. Now I'm 11.6 having been over 12 stone when pregnant. I found I lost weight in the first few weeks after birth but now it's slowed down & doesn't seem to be shifting despite breastfeeding pretty much every hour! I'm doing much more walking now though after c section so hopefully that will help. Good luck everyone!

Brilliant, well done Pos for starting us off!

Could we run a weigh in thread in the style of the testing thread? All our names weights and loss? We could start a fresh one each month, that way we can track our losss?

I would be happy to host April Weigh-in thread? I'll start it for this Friday (30th March) if you all think that would work? xx

Hi ladies ive been weigh tonight at class don't know whether to post now or wait till fri for our weigh in day !!! Xxx
