I've always aimed to start on 1st April, thought April Fools Day was fitting loool
I put on alot of weight with my 1st LO, I went from 8 stone to 15 stone by the time she was 3, because I did absolutely nothing about my weight & kept eating. So....I went on to lose 5 stone. Got down to 10, just before I fell pg with Kayden I went back up again to 12 & now I weigh 14 ish (only put on 2 during pregnancy)
My ideal weight is 8/9 stone (im only 5ft 2) So I have 5/6 stone to lose but would be happy to lose 3 by summer.
I'm going back on calorie counting. I did well on 1000-1200 cals per day, and lost 5 stone in 8 months. So i'm gona do the same, never been one for exercise, but dont mind a couple of times on the exercise bike, couldn't do the gym tho.
