Beca just to say how horrible to have your home invaded like that, it must really shake you up? I'm glad your MIL found it so quickly and you could enjoy your weekend but awful to come back to. I hope you are ok.

Hi been watching you all Cj so pleased for your positive turn on things. I declined the screening all together and often wonder if it was a wise move but I’ve made my decision now x
So many stressful stories from a few of you! Not what you all need!
I’m 17 weeks now and have finally started to get the start of a bump which I’m pleased about but I am finding it’s making it so hard to sleep! Which is making me feel drained in the day plus I’ve picked up some overtime in December to try and get a bit more money before i can’t do so much. I work during the week as a senior in a day centre so minimal hands on work but any overtime is at the residential side which is full on manual handling but I’m ok at the moment as long as I’m careful. I’m feeling lots of movement now which is nice. All in all I feel I’m doing fine and can’t wait for 27th to see if we are blue or pink. We are pretty much decided on a girls name hubby said and I surprisingly love but not sure on boys ! Think we’ll think harder once we know which direction we are going.

well at least I’m hoping hubby still likes it.
When he said it we all loved it. But my son is adamant he doesn’t want a little sister so we’ll see if he gets his wish?! Xx

Just wanted to say a quick Hi Ladies! Unfortunately with work and Christmassy goings on I haven’t been able to post much recently, I do try to keep up with what’s going on with you all though x

Onion don't do moving and handling if you don't want too I work in a care home and my boss put in my risk assessment not to do any and I'm on the residential side so I mainly do all checks ,the paper work, make them tea/ coffee, dish up their breakfast and lunch I've gone from 12 hours to 6 hours so just do 8-2s now I like Bobbie I think it will be a girl as we was same we said Willow pretty much straight away for a girl but kept changing a boys name
Awww nat your little boy is a stunner such a lovely scan picture so nice and clear
I keep feeling Willow doing somersaults or flips in there well that's how it feels to describe haha feels like she's having a whale of a time and on a blooming bouncy castle with it haha hopefully it's not too long till lane can feel her move he's desperate to feel her xx

when i was pregnant last year my daughter wanted a sister at first then when i pointed out a brother would still mean she's 'best daughter in the world' she wanted a brother lol. Less competition! However she wanted a sister to complete the set and she got her wish this time.

Thanks Holli for your concern, I have my risk assessment completed and they know who I can and can’t work with. I’m happy still doing some moving and handling at this stage as it’s all hoist work so minimal impact. My main job is mostly desk based so it’s not like I’m doing too much x

It's ok Hun I'm not even allowed to use the hoist they won't let me do anything that requires moving any one which is fine with me as I'd rather sit and feed the ones who are bed bound and can't feed themselves as long as you don't do anything your not comfortable with xxx

Just back from MW 16week appointment. Got to hear the heart beats which made me all soppy. My thyroid is playing ball too so not needing to increase medication yet which is ace.
