Hi how is everyone? Sorry ive not been on much lately had a lot going on but nothing bad! Really have missed logging on here though so got some catching up to do & a lot of updating!

Hi allthingsgirly, I think I'm the only March mummy that hasn't had little one yet! I'm 5 days overdue!

All things girly there is a thread set up on the baby and toddler section. I haven't been on it yet as since having my little fella life has been bit mental but all in a good way.

SKR how are you doing? I know I nagged about going over and always waiting for the big day but I miss the whole experience already. Enjoy if u can ur last few days .
Hope u go soon and will be keeping eye for ur update

I went term +15 lovely it felt like it was never going to happen, well it wasn't going to happen naturally that's for sure so I had to go in to be induced. When was/are you due?

I was due on 31st March. I went 1 week overdue with my first too!

TTC I'm not too bad thanks. Each day I keep telling myself today could be the day, every day just feels like a déjà vu! How are you getting on with little one? He must be keeping mummy very busy!! X

I was glad he went over by what he did as he is small he is just about fitting into tiny baby but there a bit big on him, if he had come when. He was due then he would have been even smaller than what he is now! My little monkey was just too comfortable in mummy's tummy

Oh god yes.. I'm flat out with Pàdraig he is doing great on mummy boobies.. gaining weight MW are happy with him..he's sleeping on me at the minute . Lovely warm snuddles

Ahh snuggles with baby, sounds like bliss! I've enjoyed playing with my little boy in the sunshine today it has helped to take my mind off pregnancy and labour for a little while!! My baby might not have arrived yet but at least the sunshine has so I'm happy x

Hi TTC, well it all kind of started last night around 8:30 when I started having contractions. They were 4-5 mins apart and quite mild as I was able to breathe through them. Had a long soak in the bath and tried to get a bit of sleep but they were getting stronger so hubby called the hospital and they were happy for us to go in. Got there about 12:30am and they were a bit worried as I had bled but it turned out to be nothing. I was 3cm dilated so they said we could stick around or go home. We chose the latter as we only live 10 mins away. Got home about 2:30 and contractions were getting stronger but we managed to get a bit of sleep. At 5:30 I woke hubby up and said we should ring the midwife again, ended up going back in for 9:30 and was taken through to birthing room. I was 4cm dilated by this point but waters still not gone. Everything stopped when we got to the hospital but midwife was happy for us to stay in as it was quiet.
That was then, it's now 14:30 and we are back home again as contractions just aren't frequent enough but midwife said she thinks are baby will come today (she's probably just trying to lift my spirits!). I'm getting fed up and tired! My first labour was exactly the same but at least we didn't get sent home.

Will keep you updated ladies but I think I'm in for the long haul x
