June mummies loss thread

Everyone knew we were going to get married it wasn't a secret. We had already sent out invites for the reception when we went. :)

Yes normal trans vag scan, just needs to look at the ovaries to see if there are any follicles and the lining so would think they would be able to see that for you Bunny.

Thanks, I think it would only mean leaving it a few extra days to be when I'd likely be ovulating so I might do that. The sonographer we go to is really nice and is quite thorough so I think he'd take a look. Its more out of interest than anything because I havent had fertility problems other than 2 losses. I guess it would be nice because it would make the scan more about TTC than MC.

I'm an events organiser by day Eryinera so planning things comes quite naturally, if someone told me before then that they were planning a wedding in 10 weeks id have laughed my head off thinking no chance, though!
Everyone's proposal stories are lovely :) and your wedding sounds so romantic snowbee! We always planned to go to Canada for our honeymoon if we got married next year and then decided it'll just need to be a holiday, maybe we can still go next year now that no-one is arriving in June! (sorry.. been so angry and emotional since Thursday I just had to let that out!)

That sounds very promising snowbee, everything is crossed over here for you xx

Bunny: yea ery been nawty! Lol. it seems like a good idea to see if they can scan your ovaries at the same time bunny. Every time I've had an internal scan they have always checked my ovaries as well it's been a useful insight so would recommend that. Nice spontaneous proposal as well.

Lyndsey : good thing that your job helped with the planning it must have come in really handy. If things need rearranging dusting vaccing and looking "in place" at my wedding I guess my job skills are transferable otherwise I'm stuffed!!! I hope when you do go Canada you have either a little hitchhiker or a little Bubba to go with you x

Snowbee: everything is looking good hun! I hope you get your perfect egg perfect sperm and perfectly sticky little bubunse!

Good luck everyone!! Hope Santa brings special presents this year! Are we all sorted for the big day??

I was the naughty one before that but af came so off the hook now. It would have been nice to get a little 'accident' but I was relieved I didnt get pregnant because I would have been worried about the anemia being bad for the baby. Now my bleeding has almost stopped I'm really hoping it will give me the chance to build my iron levels back up. I don't seem to have been getting very far very fast so far. I really dont want to have to have to wait 6 months to TTC just because of that.

Yea I'm in a similar situation. Although I would like an accident I know I shouldn't with the pills I'm on and if they need to run more tests etc. The anemia wouldn't be good and all this bleeding won't be good for you either. Ironically one of the things I'm going to be tested for is too much iron. Especially a's my situation got worse throughout the pregnancy and eased up when I started to bleed then got a bit worse again after the mc in the run up to af. My uncle has too much iron in his blood and there is a genetic link. We should mix ourselves up and between us maybe a healthy person would emerge!
I hope neither of us have to wait very long to start to. Ttc again. When do you get results from your anemia? I get my cardiovascular results around Jan 10th.

Maybe we could swap some iron, lol. I have been going to a private lab just down the road to do my blood tests so I can do them when I want. If I go to the doctors to get the check for them I have to wait about 2hrs and it only saves me about 10 pounds for the basic anemis tests (and I still have to go go a lab to get them done). I get the results the same day so its hard to beat that! My last hb result was from a week and a bit ago and was 8.6 which was disapointing because its really taking its time to creep up. Hoping once the bleeding stops it will be easier. Was going to wait a coulple of weeks to do it again but I'm wondering if I should do one once af stops so I can see how much the heavy bleeding has affected it and I'll know where I'm starting from. It would be really disapointing if I go in 2 weeks and its the same as the last one! I dont like to do it too often though because I dont have blood to spare, lol.

Hope your tests results are helpful. Ideally you want something not too serious but serious enough to cause MC but easily fixed :).

Exactly lol!

And yeah my treatment if I do have too much iron is blood donation lol. So simple fix. So far two of the "treatments" for two possible conditions both require regular needles in my arm. So looks like I'm going to have to get over that phobia lol.

It's good you get the results so quickly i guess that's the difference between paying for health care and getting it free. I think you should get it done after a like you said to get a starting point coz if it was the same you may have actually come a long way. (The hemochomitis too much iron is often not found in women until after menopause for that reason)

Did my blood tests again today hemoglobin has gone up to 10.2! hat might not seem like a lot but considering it was only 8.6 two weeks ago its a big jump! Especially seeing as it was 8.3 two weeks before that. I was getting really discouraged because at that rate it was going to take months to get it to a reasonable level. TTC is looking much closer now :).

Lol I do that all the time! It's good to see a significant increase and glad that ttc is getting closer.

If my levels keep going up so fast they will actually be pretty much normal in another two or three weeks. Realistically it will probably slow down a bit but I was honestly thinking it was going to take 6 months to be able to TTC again so I'm happy :).

That's great bunny :) are you starting to feel better and stronger too? I hope so.
I hope you are all proud of me..we BD'd on 6 of the last 7 days! Ov day was likely yesterday so get those fingers crossed!!

On a not so good note, a close friend had her 12 week scan today and found out that baby stopped growing 4 weeks ago :( my heart is breaking for her. I am hoping I can be a good source of support for her at least, we had a good sob and chat today.

I hope everyone had a good Xmas and are keeping well xx

Sorry about your friend, I'm sure you will be a great help to her. I foubd talking to other ladies who have been through loss a comfort. Its nice when you can talk to someone who gets it.

Yes just a couple of days before the blood test I suddenly felt much more energetic. Simple tasks suddenly seemed easy again

Well done for all the bd! Hope it works. Will be nice when ladies start getting BFPs from our group again.

Great news Bunny :)

Sorry to hear about your friend Lyndsey.

I'm 8dpo today. Hoping that 2016 will be the year of the rainbow babies for us all :)

Ooo, 8dpo snowbee, will you be testing soon?

I got a boarderline positive OPK 7 days ago so could be 7dpo but I dont think I o'd which means I'm still waiting. I think its breastfeeding delays it and my body has several tries before it gets it right. I usually know the real thing because I get strong positives for a couple of days.

I tested yesterday and today and bfn. No surprise there though, I've never had a positive earlier than 13dpo. I only tested as a couple of days ago I had a few cramps to the left (the side I ovd from) and wondered if it was implantation. Well that and it was NYE and I was wondering if I might want a drink. I've not had any other symptoms though, last night I started to get slightly tender breasts but would expect that before AF anyway... I'll probably test tomorrow as well as I'm desperate to know if this clomid cycle has worked!

Sounds positive. I thought i had bad OV pains for ages after ov, turns out i was pregnant.

Fx for you this month!

xxx
