Thanks ladies, that has given me something to think about, whether to tell people or not. Noone knows we are ttc at all let alone that it isn't going well.

Loving the wedding chat! Exciting times ladies Seems like ages ago for us but I loved the wedding planning, I can't believe how time flies (apart from the 2ww haha).

I love how there is wedding chat going on. Brings back memories of my mmc and wedding. My mc took from (11wks) 20th June to 26th Aug 2011 to complete (ended with erpc op). We decided that we didn't know how long to would take to conceive so got a loan to fund a wedding, money came through 16th Oct, and I got my bfp 19th Oct 2011 Wedding was 5th Mar 2012 so I was 24wks pregnant at the time and it was amazing. Would be fab to see bfps and pregnant ladies for your wedding days too!

I cant believe we have been married almost 14 years! To be honest I just found wedding planning a bit stressful, a large part of me wanted to elope, lol. I enjoyed the day itself though. I've helped friends with wedding planing since and had fun with that.

I'm getting fed up of af now. It has been really heavy today and I just want to be done with bleeding. I havent stopped bleeding properly in over a month now. On the positive side I'm hoping that this will put an end to it and in a few days time it will be all done and I'll be back on track again. Then I just have to get my anemia sorted and we'll be ready to TTC again. Hopefully the anemia wil be easier to sort when I am not actually bleeding. Of course I left out the bit about convincing OH that its a good idea, lol, but I think he is already coming around.

My mums making my dress! She's starting at some point this month lol!
Got the song for walking down the aisle, for during vows, for walking back down the aisle, for first dance, for father daughter dance and then got one for me and my sis haha. Just need the cake cutting one I think and maybe another for during ceremony. Walking down aisle to instrumental of taylor swift-love story. During vows having ed sheeran-tenerife sea. Walking back down to instrumental of the greatest day. First dance is kodaline-the one. Father daughter dance is I loved her first. And me and sis dancing to my wish by rascall flats
Chosen a roast for the day meal and then sausage sandwiches for the evening :
Will prob stay at a local hotel the night after. Should prob book that soon lol!! Then may have a couple days away in the lakes. Don't wanna book anything yet before knowing whether I'll be preg etc. Hen do 26th june

Wow there are things on that list I haven't even thought of lol.

It's nice your mum is making your dress my friends mum made my friends prom dress and my nan was going to make my bridesmaid dresses but now she's too... well she's lost her mind.

I hadn't thought about father daughter dance or cake cutting! Mind you this wedding we won't be having wedding cake but 2nd one I hadn't even thought about cakes! I must be honest I've not head if any of those songs but I will do.

I don't think I'll be pregoing for my first wedding but hopefully for the 2017 one. I haven't even begun to think about that one yet :S I'm with bunny it's all too stressful! I like how relaxed the "legal" ceremony is. I'm so excited to just go to a restaurant and the cinema in my dress and not have to put up with the parting side lol. But we'll have to put on a brave face for the big family one. Im ready for bed at 8pm lol ill have to remember to pack pro plus lol.

Lol have you had a long time to plan? We got engaged April 2014 so I've had so long to plan everything etc!
I'm going to just have the one cake with white icing and it to be pink ombre inside with a nice heart topper and then just cupcakes. Hate traditional wedding cake ew!! Fruit cake ew lol

Long time to plan

We booked the venue may 2015
we got got engaged in august 2012
We got our house in June 10
We had our son in Dec 08
We started dated in Sept 02

After 6 months we had our kids names picked out. And he sold his play station to buy me a forever ring. We have one of those soppy love at first glance stories lol. But yea planning the wedding I've done it in my head. But it's just pictures not the actual nitty gritty.

I'm glad I'm. Or the only one who hates wedding cake. I may have that sorted my cousin is a cake maker! She makes those funny model cakes she one did a pig cake that was amazing so I'm sure she could help us out!

So No.... not long at all lol.

God wedding planning is a brave thing to do it either makes or brakes you.

When we get married itll be tiny, just family and a few friends. I wanna get married the place we registered Jackson, its like an old big cottage.

D and I have been together as babies. I was 14, he was 15. We had J 7 years later. I feel Im too young to be. Mrs yet. Comitaphobe . He proposed when I was 17, still have my ring. He did it when we went to see Harry Potter. I was mortified. But its a big deal for him as hes mega shy!!

We're getting married legally were we registered our son just me OH (obviously. .. hopefully lol) our son mum dad mum in law and best men and if I find a bridesmaid or two those as well. I'm really looking foward to the low keynes of it. I'm also looking forward to the big wedding but in a different way. I'm more terrified of the big wedding but looking forward to the family day. I'm glad it's so different to any other wedding I've ever been to. I think my contrasting weddings match perfectly to the two sides of my personality lol my true quiet introverted self and the public extrovert I have at work and around friends. (And it's my other half who's the Gemini not me! )

That's a lovely story RM. I love hearing about how people met.
It's so nice that you were childhood sweetheart's. I would killed my ph if he proposed at Harry potter but that's just my feeling about the book lol but so brave of him! I think I'm finally ready to become a Mrs. But I will miss being a ms and I don't want to lose my surname! That's still very much up for debate on what we will be called lol. So aside from the wedding planning we need to name plan as well lol. I really want a cross between my maiden name and his mother's maiden name (never known his dad so no love lost there) but OH said it would be too superhero like. Buy I'm a massive Marvel Comics fan so I'm like "we'll doh why do you think I want it lol)

Me and OH met 1st day of college at 16 and were dating by the end of the week and been together ever since well mostly.

That's always a bonus lol. I don't know. I doubt I'd find anyone who can pit up with me and not look at me like I'm mad in quiterms the same way as my oh. And I think that's the key. That you be your true self not feel like your completely crazy! Lol. I think love comes in many ways sometimes it's the childhood sweetheart love at first sight. Sometimes love is more if a slow burner. Either way each storyboard love is magical. And with the right person it's a fairytale

We met online lol then it turned out he worked right next to where I lived in first year of uni!!! I came to uni just after a breakup all upset I cried for nights and nights and my future husband was literally around the corner lol!!! Xxx

Hi Kanga, I hope you and the boys (all 3 of them ) are keeping well. I've been up and down, AF brought a lot of emotions so I had a few crappy days but feeling more normal today, thank god!

Bunny I hope you are keeping OK after AF, I'm glad your hubby is coming round to the idea of TTC again!

Onto my love story.. haha. We met in 2008 through our mutual interest of cars (none of your boy racer stuff.. classier than that lol), got engaged on our 5 year anniversary at our fave restaurant which was also where he took me on our first proper date, got married 2 years later which was July this year.
We actually planned to get married next year and have a big doo but I decided I couldn't wait any longer as I wanted to start a family so we planned our wedding in 10 weeks! Still managed a proper wedding, gorgeous venues, nice dress, kilts, flowers, bridesmaids, personalised cake etc.. I don't know how we pulled it all off to be honest but it was literally the best day of my life. I recommend marriage to anyone, I instantly felt closer to my hubby because it just felt so lovely that we committed to each other forever and declared our love in front of our family and friends. Oh wow... that is soppy!! xx

AF still not done, on day 8 now, and looks like its going to be a while yet :/. Started getting a bit worried Friday because it was so heavy. Friday night I actually changed my pads 4 or 5 times in the middle of the night and in the day was even heavier. Thankfully its slowed down to more normal heavish period bleeding now. I was excited to start with to get af but it started getting me down after a few days. Poor OH had to stop me from having a nevous break down on Thursday. I got af before spotting from the MC really stopped so I've had some kind of bleeding for over 5 weeks now. I'm really ready for it to stop now! It doesnt help that I need to sort my anemia before TTC again and the bleeding keeps setting me back. Hopefully I wont have long to wait and that will be me sorted though.

Sorry your body is being such a cow. Today is cd 10 and the first day since this af started with no bleeding but I seem to have gone straight in with ewcm I'm not supposed to be fertile til next week isn't that a bit early for ewcm? We got a bit careless lol I hope ad let's up soon for you bunny.

Hi ladies, great stories how you all met and the proposals and weddings

My proposal was on a reindeer drawn sleigh under the stars We got married by a lake in the mountains in Canada, just the two of us. It was amazing. We had a massive UK reception so noone missed out too.

I had my second tracking scan today, one big follicle and expected to ov in a couple of days, fingers crossed!

I meant lyndsey not snowberry... I don't know where that came from lol must be a cross between lyndsey snow (which is what me an ohs comvo was about at the time some ads on showing Xmas snow seeming to be from this year and we were wondering when and where they were filmed lol) and snowbee!

Would find it next to impossible to plan a wedding in 10 weeks! I've had about 67 weeks of planning do far and come up with next to nothing lol. I'm hopeless! I admire you for pulling it off! I'm (clearly) not too fussed about getting married before babies but I am looking forward to him actually being my husband and that soppy but sating I love you in front of out friends. He wanted to write our own vows I'm terrified at that but.... I erm... I have written the whole ceremony that our celebrant will say when we have our handfasting and i can't even read that without crying let alone say it!

Snowbee that us so utterly romantic I may burst! My oh proposed at center parks. We went for a walk in the evening and he was going to props by the lake but we got a bit lost in some woodlands and came to the clearing with the most amazing view I said oh wow look at that view its amazing he didn't reply so I turned round and he was on one knee!

Snowbee. How many people knew about your Canadian wedding did you keep quiet or did everyone know?

Af has finally slowed down a lot thisafternoon, hope it keeps going that way.

Is the tracking scan a normal ultrasound snowbee? I was curious if they can see anything about my cycle when I go for my completion scan. If so I could scedual it for the same time as ov is due and I'm sure he'd take a peek for us. Not sure if it requires special equipmet or something though.
