I'm the same Sara! I think she'd be a really good sleeper if I wasn't breastfeeding! She's just constantly on and off the boob and only takes little bits at a time xx

Yup jess is breastfed but tends to take long feeds rather than lots of smaller ones which is great for me. Feeds do take a while with 20-30mins each side plus nappy change in the middle takes at least an hour to complete which means we haven't been out an about much but not that concerned as long as she's happy. Can totally understand the advantages of bottles!

Ahh so lucky Ali! Has she been like that from the start? I hope Isabelle starts taking longer feeds - she just falls asleep after 5/10 mins! Nothing I do will wake her up I've tried everything! I went out the other week and MIL fed her 4oz of my expressed milk and she slept solid for nearly 4 hours and only woke when I came in and took her upstairs. If I'd expressed more and she'd had that as well she would of went down for longer xx

No she used to be very similar to your little one for the first few weeks so I would bf for as long as she would manage then do nappy change to wake her up a bit and then give her expressed breast milk to top her up. She really doesn't like the feel of the bottle but would drink it and gradually spent more time breastfeeding and needed less having expressed milk as was getting less sleepy while feeding. Was seriously hard going though as was constantly feeding or expressing which made me really sore so extremely happy with how things are going now

Harrison was born on the 2nd, then went to 9th now on the 25th, he's just started getting proper chub on his legs & arms and I'm always mouthing it haha x

Just sat looking at holidays while Eliza's plays in her bouncing chair .. She's trying so hard to hit the things but she can't bless her the smiles are nice to watch tho I just can't believe she's a month old now x

I'd love a holiday! But going away for the weekend was stressful enough lol. I was frightened to death he was going to starve even though I'm bfing lol, makes no sense I know.

I think we are going to attempt a mini UK break in a few months, maybe butlins or summot x

We're going away soon too, Cornwall in early oct! (Cold probably I know lol but oh well)

I'm worried about breaking her routine while we're there and it messing up for when we get back.

We are looking to go away for a long weekend somewhere in the UK next spring just before i return to work.
But atm we are saving like mad for our wedding so might not bother with the weekend away and just wait till honeymoon and take Noah with us for a lil family holiday xx

And i had a phonecall from emmas diary last week for a free photoshoot which we are having this friday with a complimentary print in frame .. I checked out the photography company online and ahh they do gorgeous baby shots!! CANT WAAAAIT!!
The photographer called today to confirm i still want it.

I'm a chunky thigh fan too )) jabs tomorrow so I'm hoping the extra padding will help! Met a lady last week whose lo was 15 1/2 lb at 9 weeks, 8.5 lb at birth!!

No i dnt think so! they just said they are calling from Emmas Diary and I'm entitled to a free complimentary photoshoot!?? and the studio was down the road from me!
Had a letter in post then to confirm all details. So chuffed with that! and the family are then invited to a big screen showing of the 40 pics that hell take, we can choose one for free and if anyone (my mum probs) wants anymore whell show us his packages, but we are not obliged to buy any if we dnt want to!
