Shep, I hope you manage to sell the crib. From what I see in our local gumtree and facebook these are not very popular and people tend to sell them for pennies. My friend put hers up for £40 and never sold. I have the same crib and will probably sell it for pennies too but I may first use it as spare bed in DD's bedroom x

Thanks, I was thinking I'd put it on for £40 but I was thinking it might not go for that. I might start at 35. I just want a good contribution towards the next to me.

I've been having similar discomfort to you today. Walking around tesco was a bit painful down low

Sorry you are also in discomfort but I admit I am also glad that I am not alone, I started to worry. I hope this stupid pain goes away, I have a day of fun planned for myslef and DD tomorrow!

Post it on a few platforms and see what happens. Maybe go for £40 so you can than negotiate? x

Morning everyone

Im with a few of you with the bump pain. Mine is caused by baby moving against me or laying against me. I had it when she was sideways wshe she now it because she's bigger. And I've had a lot of pain down low now, Shep I think you mentioned that. God it's fun making people isn't it?

Shep I'd stick it for £50, say brand new mattress and then you get cut down it's still for a decent price that you can get dd or the baby something off it. I think mothercare had next to me on sale. Mine is closing down, gutted xx

KHTW happy 33 weeks for yesterday. Is it weird I'm excited for you getting your date for baby lol? Xx

Laura I've said it before your mum needs a good bloody slap and I wish I could do it for you! I wish I could be in the room when she talked to you like that. She doesn't deserve you or that baby at all. Echoing what GG said, how is the housing situation now? Xx

Thanks Shan lol I think in a way we are all excited for each other's on here I often wonder who will go first.

I am going to ask my consultant a million and one question on the 31st! I am still not ruling out vaginal delivery but if even for a split second I feel like she is suggesting that a section is safer I am going to book it. I have been reading quite a lot about SD, how high the chances are of it happening again (apparently 1/8), how we can help avoiding it (no induction, getting into a right position to expand pelvic area? even with EPI), an in general I read that if medical staff are aware you had this before they will be better prepared so it looks like vaginal delivery may still be an option without risking baby's health. I really hope things will get a lot clearer and I will have my mind COMPLETELY made up at the end of May!!

KHTW goodness that's a lot of information to try and process in a few weeks. Try not to get overwhelmed by it all, I know I would. Maybe get a pen and paper and write down every time a question pops into your head. It's your body you've a right to torture the man if you need to lol. I really hope you end up being able to make your mind up and be happy with the decision. My fx are crossed for your appointment xx

There is soemthing poking out of my vaginal hole, pink fleshly thing and then I'm pretty sure I can see my cervix in there (so really low right). It could just be super swelling. All week I've had pressure pain and really hurts to have my legs closed in bed. Baby is moving fine again today. :/ worried about prolapse

This isn't meant as a means to worry you because it shouldn't...it's just an act now not later warning. Get seen ASAP for this.

A very very dear friend of mine had a vaginal prolapse with her first baby who just had her own baby at 23 a few weeks back. Over the last 23 years, my friend has had to have all sorts done to try and sort things out because nobody took it seriously back then. She's now been confined to her bed or sofa for the past 8 weeks, waiting for an operation to finally sort things out.

All she has been told by her 4 separate consultants is that if this had been handled properly and quickly at the beginning, it would have all been sorted quickly and easily.

Get booked in with your GP or just ask for a straight referral to GYN at the hospital and get it seen to. Your MW needs to know about your low cervix as well as this could affect the length of the cervix and therefore how capable it is in the last weeks of pregnancy. It's Friday, get on the phone. xxx

Oh my god baby...get out of my ribcage. I much preferred the pressure down below when it was head down and punching me in the vag. I have never been so bloody uncomfortable. I swear this baby wants to come out through my fucking mouth. I'm sat on the sofa and Dan could see my tummy moving so came to feel. I literally pushed my boob out of the way and shoved his hand right up under it and he couldn't believe that's where the feet were pushing up to. So I did the same with the other boob and he said, "It feels like it's moving your actual ribs". It fucking it..with its head on that side and feet on the other.

Really really don't want to moan but it's been another day of having to use the shower after going to the loo because it is impossible to reach myself for a proper wipe. I do however see the funny side of that thank god. Dan keeps saying I just have small arms...so I said he either shuts the fuck up or can come wipe my ass for me, lol.

Anyway, PB, hope you can get through to someone.

Hope your discomfort goes away soon KH, although it does sound like baby is wriggling its head into place so not sure much will change. Maybe things will relax down there though to help make it more comfortable?

Is that not the part you pee from? So you could be just very swollen. I know I've got swollen a lot in the last week. Especially after I've been to the toilet even for just a pee. Definitely phone though since we can't see what you're actually talking about. Plus if it's that painful and you've just had a baby it may be wise to get the reassurance hun. Also gosh GG way to scare a girl! Xx

I can't agree more about the whole rib breaking foot dancing thing. It's killing me. Ivy wasn't this bad at all. Midwife thought baby was a good size the other day, which will be a bit of a shock if she is. Ivy was only 6 13. Maybe we've all got 8/9 pounders Also I'm using those wet wipe things now. They're stupidly expensive but I don't care, needs must lol xx

Phone and ask or get seen, you can never be to careful when it cones to things sticking out of your vag But my bet is on swelling x

Kind of glad my consultant is a pregnant lady! But i will squeez all the answers from her in 2 weeks time!

I just need for my mind to be made up so I can prepare for one or another option!! Everytime I think that i know what i want something changes, new info appears, I talk to someone and my mind changes?! Annoying x

Yeah, sorry about the first post PB. Just an attempt to reiterate getting seen now. I can be a bit blunt I'm afraid.

Just went to watch Deadpool 2 at a local forest cinema. Grand total of £14.70 for two adult tickets, 2 drinks, 2 big bags of sweets and a large popcorn. Absolutely brilliant film, better than the first. Most enjoyably uncomfortable 2 hours of my life but only because of my rubs being pushed out my chest, lol

Glad you enjoyed the film GG even if you were uncomfortable. I'll be honest deadpool isn't really my cup of tea, husband loved it and we do have the dvd so I might try it again. Generally I love Ryan Reynolds but I just didn't get it

I'm massively excited for jurassic world in a couple of weeks time, already arranged MIL to have dd so we can have a nice final adult afternoon before baby comes

How is everyone this morning? I had the best nights sleep in ages last night, I only woke up once to wee! Makes me think baby has definitely turned. it's a beautiful morning here, DD and I have been getting into gardening so off to the garden centre this morning for one or two bits and I've said we can call into waitrose and get some treats for a picnic in the garden. Anyone watching the royal wedding? I'm not overly fussed but if I get too hot outside I might stick it on in the background inside.

When it was William and Kates wedding I was travelling in Thailand so while there was a mild atmosphere for it over there I had no idea just how crazy people go for these things, the hype is incredible

Sounds a lively day planned Shep. No hype here, need a street to have a street party and we can go weeks without seeing anyone else who live on the lane, lol. I'll probably have the wedding on in the background if we're at home but no idea if we will be or not. Need to pop out ans do a few things today so no plan.

I could murder Dan though. 3.40am he came to bed. I'd been having nightmares so was just glad he was next to me. Then I heard the older dog start to cry. Asked if he'd shut their door, "i don't know". How cam he not know, it was literally 3 minutes ago! Then she started barking. Asked if he put the calming spray on her bed. "Oh shit, I forgot". Hollie went quiet, he started snoring, 5 minutes later she's pacing the hallway crying and barking. "You didn't shut the door then". He moaned then as he got up "fucking just want to sleep".I said, "well you know she needs the spray and you know she needs the door shut so just keep your attitude directed at yourself".

He came in and said he was staying "out there" with them. That has always meant in the living room. Nope. 20 minutes later, Hollie is outside the bedroom door pacing and whining. Dan is asleep on her bed curled up with Stig, no room for Hollie. He said, "I thought I'd try this with the hall light on".

FFS. The ONLY way she will sleep through the night is on her bed, alone, with the spray on the sheets and the door fucking shut. He didn't use the spray, put himself and another dog on the bed and the door open. I could have honestly swung for him.

Going to be a loooong day today, lol.

33 weeks today, honestly I feel like I've been stuck on the 30's for the entire length of the pregnancy! Is it going slow for anyone else now we've hit the 30s?

Jem, BBQ sounds amazing. We bought some fancy burgers but just doing them in the oven don't like charcoal taste ahaha.

My body isn't coping well this pregnancy, with dd I could do yoga at 35+ weeks. I never got the "if i drop it, I'll leave it" sayings as I could do everything i always had.
My vagina is just swollen ... so swollen its coming out, which I never even herd of. If i stand still for too long vag hurts, any weight I out in my right leg, kills my vag. Varicose veins down my legs and loads of spider veins in my arms. I cant even bend anymore, especially sat down and leaning forward. We went to town today just for a few bits, I could barely walk and my right foot is so painful even after 5 hours. Keep having mini breakdowns. 4 weeks min to go seems forever

Bbq didn't happen for me hips and pelvis are so painful today. I can't sit down, I can't lay down, I can't stand up. Honestly at my wits end I just don't know what to do I'm in so much pain

Sorry to hear you're having pain too PB I don't think my bits are swollen but no idea haha x
