Haha just edited all that. This one. Took me ages for some reason mothercares website doesn't ever work properly on my iPhone? It looks a lot nicer in the store. I saw it online and dismissed it tbf Xx

We just ordered that pram, felt like a huge moment, it's coming in February.... no idea where we will put it for the next few months!
Glad to hear about everyone's 16 week appointments! We had ours on Tuesday, was incredible to hear the baby's heartbeat.

Jem I know she's known for her subtlety lol. She did give me a bag full of stuff for the baby today though, wipes, towels, bibs, vests etc so can't complain too much. Ugh I have a cold too coming on. Fuming. Only thing worse than the cold is being pregnant with a cold lol cx

I'm so fking ill today. This cold has hit me so so hard, had three hours sleep, feels like being hit by a truck. I even wish my appointment wasn't this morning for goodness sake. Oh wasn't very happy at me waking him up just before 6 to go get me more tissues from the shop since he's on late shift. But tough pregnant women with no sleep and sick child tops him working later on lol.
Hope everyone is feeling a little better than me today xx

I love the pram you picked. Can't wait to take ours down from the loft. But once baby is here we will keep it in the car since it takes up so much space (I mean the buggy, not the child
)!!
Have to buy a new car too... hopefully we can do that soon. It is becoming difficult to put DD in her car seat (we have a 3 door corsa!!). I have only 2 criteria for the new car; 5 door and massive boot!!

Also like I mentioned before, today I have the midwife. So ill mention this to her. But I think I'm getting braxton hicks already? I'm definitely tightening and getting that hardening feeling and it feels the same as they did with dd but I never had them until 3rd trimester with her. Isn't 17 weeks too early?

I don’t know Shan, just kinda cope at tomes like this! I just want to go back to bed waaah! I think braxton hicks this early can be pretty normal? Ive had tightenings mostly after sex since really early on. Apparently my body has no decided that by day im not going to look pregnant but come evening i will! Last 2 evenings ive had a full on bump but its gone by morning. It doesn’t feel like bloat, it feels like a real bump if that makes sense. I don’t know if its due to gravity doing its thing over the day and everything relaxing and falling forward or what but its so odd!! Xx

Thanks Enya I'll ask today. This one has been so so ridiculously different to my daughter I almost feel like a first time mum. I have a bit of a bump but tbh I think I'm just pushing out the fat on my stomach this time lol.
OH has been on a sex ban since I bled at 14 weeks so I'm not sure about tightening afterwards this time though I remember that with dd after sex. He doesn't know what to do with himself lol. I was fine all through DDs pregnancy but with the bleeding and not knowing what caused it,I've been paranoid so I'm going to just check with her today. To be honest I couldn't give a crap about sex at the minute. I think my libido might be permanently broken haha
Fx the kiddies all recover fast so you can take it a bit easier! Xx

Yeah best to ask for some reassurance, but i do think it happens more and earlier with each pregnancy. Im going to take a picture in a mo and post today and last night the difference is crazy! I don’t blame u for he ban with the trouble u have had, i do exactly the same! My libido is pretty normal, but i tend to get sore and more swollen the day after we DTD so not as active as we would normally be. Thank u, i hope so too. One minute they perk up and its almost like bothings wrong and the next they r burning up and tearful

happy to hear you've all had lovely 16 week appointments.
nothing much to report here, just over a week until my 20 weeks scan
I've been feeling good, I've been getting right back into cooking, tri 1 I just couldn't deal with it but I've made some lovely meals this week. also had bags of energy so done lots on the farm. DD is at nursery this morning so I've got mole traps to set and then I've got a bit of gardening to do before I pick her up and take her to her art club. we love Friday's as I usually treat her to chips from the chip shop or some cake before art club and then we basically spend an hour throwing glitter at each other
I don't know about Braxton hicks shanivy but I know when I've done a lot (probably over done it) I have a tight tummy for a while afterwards which reminds me of the Braxton hicks feeling. could be to do with how baby is moving and where it is in your tummy.
husband started prodding my tummy last night all over saying "I can't feel a baby, where is it? it just feels like a hard fat person" which was hilarious but I definitely knew where baby was when he stopped as baby was not happy with him, she (that's what I'm using for now) was kicking and punching for ages

I have a 3 door too and I'm dreading it haha we got an Isofix base to hopefully make life a little easier cuz I have really long doors too so it can be tough in narrow spaces hahaOh Shan sorry you are feeling shit!! Hope it goes away quick!!

We have our pram in our garage in its box. Got the silver Cross pursuit in quarry. It looks grey in the photo but is a very soft blue tone it's so nice xx

Yep we have a 3 door old corsa too, I'm dreading it!! It's a sport edition too and it's difficult to even get something off the back seat if I chuck something back there.
My car seat isn't Isofix either, don't think my car is compatible with isofix either. So we've got a seatbelt one and just going to have to make do until we can afford a different car. It's definitely near the top of our list of things to get though, just so expensive!
