I will definitely join this thread when I have had Lucas. I plan on going swimming once a week and going for lots of walks. We have also got Your Shape for the Kinect so I can create my own workouts on there and I love Dance Central. xx
I must confess that I haven't really been good with eating the last couple of days! I've had hot cross buns etc when visitors have come over - I'm hoping I can settle intona more sensible routine and include some exercise once the wave of initial visitors have been and gone. On a positive I think my bleeding is easing so I might try and get out to buy a swimming costume x
Well i went out and got some scales yesterday, ashamed to say ive put on 3 stone and i dont think ive stopped loading it on yet! Im 13 stone 4 atm and my ideal weight is about 10. I absolutely cannot wait to start doing something about it!! x

Oh yh i had a hot cross bun yesterday too....well actually 3
But i did go on a 3hr walk along the beach! Amazing!
My bleedings stopped and so i want to go swimming but im going to wait till D can come too! So injections and then swimming!

Hey girls right I was roughly 11 stone with baby I was 9 stone on the dot before baby and I weigh 9.10 now. So my goal is to get back to 9 again.
Food isn't really an issue as keep forgetting to eat lol too busy. But when I do its defo junk I am eatting as its easy. Going to start today cooking again.
Tomorrow we are going to go for a walk.
And pretty soon k goes bk to school so ill be walking everyday there and back twice. Here's to being me again.
Also I cut my toe nails lol. The joy lol x x

Im only 7 days after giving birth, but was so curious what I weighed, that I went and bought somne scales!
So, my vital stats are pre preg weight = 10st, weight gained in pregnancy = 2 stone, 6lbs, weight 7 days after birth = 11st, 8lbs.
So, a stone and a half to lose! I joined weightwatchers at this exact same weight, and got down to 10 stone, so a bit gutting that im now having to start all over again!
I will defo join your weigh-in on saturdays, but prob not for another 2 weeks or so - I need a chance to eat all the chocolate that I have accumulated, and I want to enjoy food for a lil bit longer, lol!
