i am so TIRED!

yesterday and today all i've wanted to do is sleep.. sleep.. and sleep some more. i'm sleeping between 10 and 14hours a night at the moment. usually while at work i get 8hours sleep and still manage a 5day week no complaints.

still getting the odd AF like crampy, achey thing.

FF has put me on 73pts on the early pregnancy signs thing..
i only get it while VIP, so for 14 more days though. which is probably a good thing; not to get my hopes up too much next cycle, if there is a next cycle.

My temperture has dropped below the coverline. That's never happened before. Does this mean I'm definitely not pregnant? I've had stomach ache since I ovulated, but I thought that was due to all the food and alcohol I was consuming. I took my temp again straight after and it was 36.39, then again and it was 36.38, but I charted the first one I took, which was 36.32.

Nope af got me this afternoon, am ok, disappointed but also relieved if that makes sense.

Cori hun, it sometimes drops if implantation has occurred and it's not that far from you temps so far, so dont worry yet

Cori: I don't know; your coverline is awfully high this time around - I wouldn't worry about it too much, especially with the miniscule amount that it actuall dropped today.

Donna: Sorry, hon, that sucks, but at least now you know where you stand and you can start fresh!

Puds: Don't worry, darlin' - not sure what my body has in store for me this month, but if I do happen to get my bfp, I'm still doing the Jan chartstalkers thread, so I'll be around regardless!

Odd - it's not really any higher than your other coverlines, but it does seem high relative to where your pre-ov temps are. You 100% that you ov-ed already?

Yeah, it's not higher than my other charts, but just higher above my first lot of temps. I thought they always put it .1% above your ovulation temp?

Yeah, I'm sure I ovulated then, cos I got a positive OPK and I always ovulate between day 11 and 13.

Im completely sick of everything this cycle. Started temping this month as I wanted to check I was ov and it doesnt look like I am

Ive been back in the UK for the past week so my temping has been all over the place. Took my temp. this morning, 5 hours late, fully dressed after half an hour of being up and my temp. was lower than average.

I was desperately hoping to get my BFP this month so that we could tell all our family face to face while were at home but thats out of the window so feel even more disappointed than usual.

Guess that means Im out of the running this month

Honey, you cant tell anything from your chart because you haven't done it properly. You have to take your temp every day, the same time of day, before you even move in bed to get a good reading. If I get up and take my temp 20 mins later, my temp is lower than in bed. When you ov, it's such a slight difference that unless you chart this way you will never know if you have or not. All hope is not out this month for you from your chart because your chart is so incomplete it shows nothing. Carry on like a normal month and test like normal and keep your fingers crossed and if your not pg (fingers crossed you are) but if not, come back in here Cyprus and we will help you out the best we can ok

Thankyou so much for the advice Donna, Id done so well prior to coming back home but everything went out of the window over the past week or so. Ill keep my fingers crossed for this motnh then and if I dont get a BFP Ill definately chart properly again next month xx

AF achey crampy things are still here, on and off. every now and again they really kick in then go and nothing for a few hours.

BFN this morning...NO sign of AF...............WTF is going on!!?? I'm starting to think that maybe I didn't ovulate after all. What do you guys think?

donna, oh well at least you can start afresh with a new cycle- we didn't like your last one anyway!!! hopefully you can have a nice straight forward 1 and just sneak in to the january testing thread yourself!

melissa- i'm really not sure about your chart as to whether u have actually ovulated. i guess you won't know until af turns up and you count back the days. your temps don't seem particularly high- are they normally higher post ov for you? hopefully u'll know 1 way or the other soon and be able to celebrate or start again. the not knowing what the **** is going on does our heads in doesn't it!! blimmin bodies!!!

holly and shaunie louise- wow what charts can't wait to see what happens with those. are either of you thinking of testing soon? what a great start to the new year that would be!

cori: your temps are probably just starting low and will increase tommorrow. mine are always slow risers and it has been blimmin cold the last few days. hopefully your not going to have donna and melissa's uncertainty this month. good luck.

yes if your are pregnant your temps will stay high, where as they will drop the day of or day before af arrives. its the progesterone released at ovulation that causes the temp rise and if you are pregnant the progesterone will continue to keep your temp raised.

Thanks puds I tried charting and did it all wrong! I didn't realise that you should take your temp BEFORE you get up and not after you've had a shower, drunk a cuppa Durrr! I use the OV kits & they have been brilliant but might try charting if the witch arrives.

well according to when i think i OV i ave 2 days left, according to FF i have four days left. if nothing's happened by Sunday hopefully i'll be awake enough to remember to test first thing i'm seriously like a zombie in the mornings at the moment. i'm sleeping upto 14hours and still not wanting to get up.

i have really bad wind today aswell which is unusual for me.
AF cramps still too.
think i should have stayed sleeping

abit off topic but my grandad is coming home today which has really made my day, went into hospital last tuesday having had a heart attack, had 3 stents put in yesterday and he's home today

all your symptoms sound good. with 4 days to go aren't you tempted to test tommorow with a frer- i know i would be!!!! you've got more will power than me!!
