Congratulations baby bear!

We had an eventful day started with contractions at 5:30 am then fell asleep at 11:30. Woke up to them again at 2:39 and by 5pm they were a bot step g so went to hospital to get checked out. We were put on heart monitor and all was fine he was just playing g with us. Cervix still high n not dialated. So we came home n have been ordered to rest by OH he was so panicked.

Just an hour and felt a few fanny daggers and daggers in my bum?? Def a few definate movements and 1 solid kick to the ribs and off to sleep again. Not like him to be so chilled out so will let consultant know at app in few hrs. Hope the consultant is ready for me lol Long list of things I want to discuss today xx

Morning!
Nothing really to update today. Feeling very tired, OH was up for work at 5am and I couldn't get back to sleep. Better get used to that I guess lol. But I feel really tired now!! Off for dinner at my friends this eve which will be nice! Ive felt quite well, no more pains or BH, just struggling with my torn stomach muscles a bit. He's been quite active again, I wouldn't be surprised if he's turned again!

Baby bear - Aw wow, huge congrats on the birth of baby Jack!! Glad to hear he's doing so well!!

Mummy bear - Ah hun sorry you had a false alarm. How are you feeling now?

I decided today to stay At Home And got The Kids to help
Me with de-cluttering And getting rid of old tots they dont play with anymore. They were very good but now my pélvis is in agony. Can't win :/ but at least DS's bedroom is sorted, but now DD's to sort it out... Maybe tomorrow.

Just home. Bump still too small so they did scan and he is measuring 35 weeks so much better than the fundal height of 32 weeks. Now 2/5th engaged. Check cord function and all good. Decided on a trace as was still not much movement and sods law as soon as it was on he went mental and was jumping all over the place. Midwife on the ward said she was happy to let me go...for now and would likely see me later tonight??? Asked her why and she said your having 2:10 moderate contractions. Just laughed and said yea yea thats normal for me lol. They did get really bad on the drive home but seem to have settled again...as usual lol. Blood still +++ in urine but have a teeny little bit of spotting. So feeling much better bout baby's size And think he has maybe changed his awake/sleep pattern as he is going nuts right now and he would normally be having quiet time at this time of evening.
Bless, there was a student Dr there and the midwife asked if he could have a feel of my tum to see if he could get the position right. He got excited and said he could feel the head and we both laughed and shook our heads....he was feeling baby's butt lol x

Wenchy - glad bubs checked out OK. Love how student got butt muddled with head!! Are you going to go back later on or not bother?

Had a good day today. Met up with NCT girl who lives near me, went to cafe, she wanted to walk as is 2 days over. We got chatting about tens machines, been reading up and just ordered one for 7 wks hire for £21 all in, which I thought was good.

Off to do 'stork walk' around labour ward / midwife suite tomorrow, plus another nursery visit, so OH has day off. Looks like I've got him all week now though, as he's got to have a colonoscopy on fri morn and has to take meds tomorrow to clear him out, so he's working from home. I've got anaesthetist appt at same time on friday (to check scar from back op for epidural) so saves on hospital parking charges! I've teased him about needing to use some of the babys nappies just incase the meds are still having an effect and taught him breathing techniques to cope!

Just seen ticker - can't believe I'm full term tomorrow - eeek

Evening ladies

So today I am 36weeks

Had my growth scan today, and bump has hardly grown, they aren't happy at all. I am beng Induced on Thursday. It would of been today but they had 8 inductions booked in. Of my appointment had been at 9am I'd be in today :-/.
Have got to be at Mau tomorrow for monitoring.

Wil keep you all posted

I'm now making sure I have absolutely everything I need in my bag eeeek. Can't believe I shall be a mum at the weekend.

Kaffee- sounds like a good day! Hope the stork walk is good! I found it made everything so real doing tour of mlu and delivery suite last time!! Yay to bubs being fully cooked tomorrow my boy will be fully baked Thursday!! Great milestone to reach but its the proper start of the waiting game from then on :-/

Lanny- oh hun, sorry bubs isn't growing well anymore! Great that they have picked up on it and will get bubs out v soon! All the very best for your induction hun- will be thinking of u xxx

Baby girl is moving around loads tonight! Can't get comfy though as she's moving so much.

Builders have finally come to put the dividing wall up between the nursery and what is going to be our room

Only plastering to do tomorrow and skirts and alllll done we can crack on sealing and then decorating once it's finished!!!

Hey girls sounds like things are hotting up in this thread induction booked, contractions going, shows, full term tomorrow Kaffee oh my oh my... This is getting very exciting
I am still tidying up but crawling from one room to the next, think nesting is kicking in even though my body is telling me to stop I have the urge to get everything in order and can't help it. Thank goodness DD is stil excitedly helping me, DS has done a already lot so now playing on his psp - prob not what they expected to be doing during their summer hols
