evening all and welcome to the ladies & alan who've recently hopped over to tri 3.

Have a great time away keeptrying.

Start of a week off for me and OH and it couldn't come sooner. Recruited for my maternity cover yesterday. chap in team who stood in for me when I got a temporary promotion last year didn't get the job and hasn't taken it very well, so he told me he was taking the afternoon off, so I had to pick up an urgent piece of his work, as well as mine that needed finishing off before my week off - the joys of management!

Will mainly be doing DIY next week, but hoping to have a few days away and stop in a b&B somewhere as our last couple holiday for some time!

I go away on Thursday can't wait! Had to go to the docs to get a fit to fly letter for the airline as I will be in week 28 when I fly home, all she did was ask me if I felt ok and that was it! No blood pressure che k or anything haha! She gave me some canestan cream as I've got a rash between my boobies! Probably a sweat rash or something! The glamourous life of pregnancy hey!

I hope everyone has a fab weekend and are starting to relax now it's the end of the working week xxx

Hope your feeling better today mum2b. I feel physically exhausted today its unreal. Had GTT this morning which was ok just wait for results.

Looks like weather at weekend is meant to be nice to hopefully enjoy getting out. Makes such a difference with a toddler.

I don't have a bump buddy either x

Officially tri 3 now yay.

Hope you feel better soon mum2b. As I said before I put wife on iron tablets before she got pregnant and she has had little of the usual problems. Hope they work for you.

We looked at that one officiallymrsm. If I remember right it didn't have a non iso base or something like that so I had to rule it out. Its a great looking setup.

Thankfully we didn't want an ISOFIX so we weren't fussed

This is my pram, got the maxi cosi pebble to fit too. Going to get an isofix base. How does yours fasten into the car? Is it without a base?

Yea just by seatbelt. We use both cars too much to get a base and I don't see the point in two x

Absolutely keeptrying yay ! I'm convinced with the size of me I'm going to go early (maybe wishful thinking but it's getting me through the tough days..!)

Well, went shopping yest and still nothing to wear! It's just the evening reception as they were abroad last week and done it there so I'm thinking I have a few black maternity dresses that will do

How are we all feeling in tri 3 in general..? I absolutely can't get my head around the fact I'm now less than 12 weeks away from having a baby! I've only just got my head around being pregnant I can't seem to connect the two. That sounds really strange written down lol.

Getting frustrated with the "when you due" questions.. My sister was with me last night at dinner and had it 3 times within 5 mins, always getting a raised brow when people find out I've still a while to go. My sister suggested telling the next person I was overdue, then letting out a little groan and rubbing my belly haha

The sun is shining today to I think I'm going to sit out for as long as I can before the wedding.. Loving how quick I'm picking up a tan just now!

Weezy- I'm generally feeling huge and frustrated this tri! Trying to cope with the huge belly and an energetic two year old is hard work! That plus freaking out about labour from time to time but also the relief that its the final stretch and hopefully little man will b here safely in a couple of months time and 3 will become 4 in our household

Black dress should be fine for the evening- hope u have a good time!

I love the colour of it, one I got is black. It's nice but I would have preferred to have a bit of colour in it.

Think better to have a gap between due dates for bump buddies or more likely to be in labour at the same time and be unable to do each others labour threads!

Hope everyone's enjoying the nice weather?

A trip to triage today as hasn't felt bubs much in last few days. As was well think this is just a quiet baby! Only thing was measuring 26 weeks but am 29 on Monday. Midwife said she's not worried as only a few cm out but I was measured as 28 cm a week and a half ago at midwife appt so appear to have shrunk rather than grown since then?! I pointed this out and she said maybe just measured wrong and my midwife could refer me for a growth scan if concerned. Def smaller than I was with my son thought 2nd babies were generally bigger? X
