Ahh thought it might be he had been doing a lot of kicking and moving his feet along top for past 3 days so it's probably that the little beggars know how to make us uncomfortable dont they xx
Ahh good luck for tomorrow I keep thinking about having a 3D but hubby doesn't see the point so looks like I won't be getting one unless I pay for it and surprise him! Haha xx

Morning! Sorry I haven't been around much recently. How are we all?

Quick question, yesterday evening I had stomach cramps and a stitch like feeling on my left hand side, this morning I still have the cramps, but they have moved around to the front and upwards? Is this normal? It hurt when I switched sides to sleep last night but generally it's just a constant ache. Still feel like bubs is moving, so not sure if this is just her getting comfy for the remaining 12 weeks or if there is something up? I'm 28 weeks today and this is my first.

Hi ink fairy I've been suffering with this too. Mine is more in the morning And my bm has changed a bit too like when I need to go I've got to go! And the pains seems to start when I need to go then ease a bit xx

Hi keep trying! Thanks for the reply. I'm peeing all the time. No sooner have I come back from the toilet than I need to go again.

Sounds like cramps and pains are all part of the joys of being pregnant then. My midwife is impossible to get ahold of and u didn't want to bother the doctor. Thank you!

Hi inkfairy! Nice to hear from u!..... Not sure re the cramps! Could b braxton hicks?? I think everyone feels them a bit differently. ..... If it is braxton hicks they can be worse if u r dehydrated- do u think u r drinking enough??..... I think infection can make them worse too- do u think u have a UTI?? Or is the peeing a lot just weight of the baby on your bladder?..... U due an appt soon anyway??..... Sorry its a load of questions and not an answer! Hope cramps settle soon xxx

Hello! I emailed the doc who made me an emergency appointment with him. He took a sample and thinks I have an infection but isn't sure what it is exactly so he gave me some pills in the hope they work and I took a sample to the hospital so they can find out exactly what it is.

Bubs is fine though he said she was fidgeting a lot and heartbeat was ok. So I guess I was worrying over nothing. I had a scan and consultant appointment Monday just gone and they detected protein +2 but never said it was an issue. No appointment until the 3rd with midwife and 16th with consultant and scan again.

How is everyone? X

Thank you hansam I'm fasting from half 8 night before because my appointment is at 8:30am as long as I know I can't have everything bit rushed sorting it so I couldn't get my head round it! Haha
I had put on quite abit but I have lost a little since I started working so the fat I out on must just be working off abit now
Mum2b I have to have another one after birth and if I have a knock to my bump or anything it's ok now just sent my arm abit dead yesterday and felt like it was bruising when she was doing it! Probably didn't help they had just took blood from same arm! Xx I have to have whooping cough one at 31weeks not looking forward to it :/

When you are all saying you measure two week in front etc what is this how are you measured?

I'm ok- bit fed up of indigestion as its hit me again this afternoon after a bit of a reprieve the last week or so! My OH is stuck at work :-/ Always the way before a bank hol weekend! Xx

Evening all. Hope everyone's ok.

Had whooping cough jab this morn. Made mistake of lying on left side on bed this eve to feel bubs kick (guaranteed to set him off) now got sore arm as forgot, silly me. Went to see a nursery today, first of about 3 to look at in area, getting really real now!

Off to cinema and curry tonight as despite working at home all day forgot to get some food out of freezer. I'm going to be such a bad mum!

Off to kiddiecare with big list in morning. Hope everyone has a good bh weekend xx

Oh she definitely said 8:30 night before it was about the only thing I remembered she had to write time and date down for me x

At 28 weeks they start measuring your bump Hun. They will get you to lie down and measure from top of your uterus to the pubic line it's away of determining how big baby is so if your under measuring they will send you for a scan to see if baby is growing ok x

Just wanted to update and say scan was lovely this morning! Baby boy was v cute and gave us some smiles All measurements were fine and his estimated current weight is 3lb 10oz!..... Will try and get a few pics up later! Already re watched the dvd- so special

Ah glad scan was good mum2b, sounds lovely.

We got loads in kiddiecare and there was a bonus mothercare outlet on the retail park, so got a top of range coir mattress for crib for same price a normal one would cost.

I'm starting to get worried about itching. My belly has been itching last few days, but I'm getting some stretch marks so that would explain itching there. More oddly the area where my pubes are is itching like mad (sorry tmi) and my arms and legs are starting to tingle. Read online about oc / icp and you get get light coloured stools with it, which I've had for a while. Probably best going to doctors aren't I?

Kaffee, I would give the dr or mw a call. My mw said to call if i started itching a lot. I've had the belly itching too, figured it was just stretching skin so didn't worry. But if it hing is a problem give a quick ring and see what they say

I'm feeling soooo tired at the mo!! Baby moving around soooo much, I'm def going to miss this feeling when he's here!!

mum2b - So glad your scan went well!! Was it a private scan you had? I was wondering whether they'd give me his measurements and weight when I go for the HD Live scan we have booked soon!

Kaffee - its totally normal to feel itching where your skin is stretching, even down there. But I'm not sure about the arms and legs tingling?! I'd say it was a good idea to get checked out hun.

Kaffee- I had an itchy bump with Ethan around 34 weeks and saw dr- they checked my liver function and all was well! Itching stopped with piriton! Be good to get checked out- they can take your blood and u will have an answer v quickly! May not b OC at all! Try not to worry!
