Fx Sax! Whenever my pains are bad, I can't help rocking either.

This is weird. I had pains so lay on the sofa and downloaded a timing app. I had 4 which were about a minute long and 7-8 minutes apart. Then the neighbor knocked on the door because I had to sign for a package this morning (grr). I went upstairs to lay on the bed and time again and they have slowed down to every 15-16 minutes but still a minute long. They don't hurt but they make me breathe deeply and rock about...

What the hell body!? I think I will do this now until I am induced. Pessimistic or what!?

I think its cruel that our bodies play tricks on us like that! I found I would try to just ignore any signs in the end telling myself if it was really labour my body wouldn't b able to let my mind ignore it! Xx

Had my second S&S still at 2cm. Have been booked in for an induction Tuesday ill be 39+6. Going for another walk tonight see of it helps him come.

Feeling a bit strange. Thought I had a bit of a weak bladder since last night. Have been out bathroom shopping most of the day with OH. This afternoon I thought maybe this isn't a weak bladder and perhaps waters are leaking. Called the midwife unit and they asked me to come in. Got there about 6pm and was examined and the midwife said it is my hind waters. Then ended up been on a monitor for 2 hours as baby wasn't very active. Just back at home now but have been booked for a induction at 1am at the hospital. Feeling a little shocked and disappointed as was hoping to have a water birth at the midwife unit. This won't happen unless I magically go into labour before 1am!!!! So less than 3 hours to go. Oh and also the baby has now gone back to back which may be why they have started leaking!!!! Bit emotional at mo but I'm sure this will turn to excitement once I'm on the way. Doesn't seem real that the baby will be here really soon!!! Hope everyone else is ok. I'll try get OH to update x

Thanks everyone. We got to the hospital just before 1. Was given a bed at 1.30 and put on a monitor until 3. Labour ward was full so told to get some sleep and I'll be out on a monitor again this morning and would see a doctor at 8. So far no monitor and no doctor! Hopefully will be someone round soon. The midwife at unit made such a deal that I had to be induced by 1am!! Oh well not expecting anything to happen anytime soon. Having some pains the last few hours thought it was bowel movements but maybe it's contractions?? Hope everyone has a good bank holiday weekend x
