Morning!
Eugh yesterday was awful, you may've seen my separate post about it but I'm convinced my stomach muscles have torn. I know its normal and quite common for the stomach muscles to separate but its not meant to be too painful. Ive been having a lot of bump pain, with pressure of his head / bum / whatever it is now up top but the past couple of days I've been in SO much pain, almost in a strip down the centre from top of bump to tummy button. I was in tears yesterday, felt like my stomach was tearing apart. Walking, sitting, lying, everything hurt!! :( It hurts even to touch! Coughing and sneezing is agony!! :( I have MW this afternoon so I'll see what she has to say about it!
Will be interesting to see what position he's in now too. And what she thinks about his measurements/weight.
Thankfully had a better nights sleep last night!! So feeling a bit more refreshed today!!

OfficiallyMrsM - Oh hun big hugs. How are you feeling today? Hopefully it was just a bad day yesterday?! Do you have lots of support around you?

MummyMidwife - How awful for your little girl hun, big hugs. Just remember you're doing a fantastic job at being a support for everyone and growing your baby!! Rest up when you can!

Kaffee - Hope your last week at work is going well!!! :)

Donnah - Massive congratulations on the birth of baby Oliver!!! Such fab news that he's breathing on his own already, sounds like he's doing fantastically!!!

Hey weezy, sounds manic! Hope all goes ok today. Happy sorry ur struggling sounds awful :( did the mw suggest anything? Anyone feel really bad after whooping cough jab? Had mine yesterday and my arm is dead and feel really tiered and achy? Xxx
 
I was allergic to the jab keep trying I was quite poorly for over a week and almost had to have an antidote but my body did what it's supposed to in the end. It was awful xxx
 
Hi gang! Just read through and did a massive reply and lost the lot as signal went!! Grrr!! I'm on my way home from a lovely holiday but looking forward to my home comforts after nearly 2 weeks in a caravan!! Will reply properly tomorrow hopefully :-)

Hey ill miss oh no that sounds horrid! Mine isn't that bad yet! Just feel abut out of sorts and really sleepy! Bloody pregnancy! Can't wait to have my body back and not be jabbed every 5 seconds for this and that!,! xxx

32wk MW appointment yesterday, she confirmed I've ripped my stomach muscles, from top of bump to tummy button, almost down centre. It hurts so much. Been in tears last few days. Been told to rest and take painkillers & if it gets worse to go in. Just worried its only going to get worse as I get bigger these last few weeks. :( Not really sure what to do.
In other news, measuring 33 weeks so pretty bang on, shocked since I was measuring 2 weeks ahead last time & seem to be carrying so big. And she said he was finally head down, altho I swear he feels as tho he's moved again this morning lol. Im feeling hiccups at the top of my bump!
We also discussed transferring hospitals. Ones a little further away than the local one, but is much quieter, a nicer maternity unit, better parking and most of all, has a few birthing pools rather than just the 1 as the local does, and Im considering a water birth. May drive down later to check out the parking/entrance etc.

keeptrying - Hows your arm feeling today hun? I had the same after my flu jab, it really hurt and I felt awful afterwards for a few days. Luckily had nothing with my whooping cough tho.

mum2b - Hope you had a lovely break away hun, lovely weather you had!! Looking forward ti catching up!

Lianne you poor thing that's sounds so painful, can't imagine, can they give you a belt or something to hold you together?

Went to get out of bed and had another bout of excruciating cramp in calf, yelled head off, so OH jumps up to see if I'm ok, bless him, his caring side is coming out. But then when he started massaging it too hard and I asked hi. To stop he got all huffy, Gawd knows what we're going to be like when I'm in labour!

Very good friend at work is pregnant and had her 12wk scan yesterday and everything is a-ok, I'm really excited for her and it's lovely to have a friend who'll have baby of similar age. Already packaging up my maternity work wear to post to her.

Looking forward to the weekend, decorators will hopefully be finished today so can get curtains back up. Plumber coming to refit radiator tomorrow and carpets and wardrobe being done next week. Stay put please bubs we are too chaotic at home for you to come just yet!!

Weezy- how did it go with your boss?? Hope the long drive was OK! Last thing u need when heavily pregnant!

Lianne- that sounds sooo sore :-/ Hopefully it won't extend any further and go back quickly after baby is here! Good that he is potentially head down? Although maybe the little tinker has moved again? Somersaults at this stage- no wonder your abdominals r being stretched beyond capacity!! Think my naughty little man has gone back to back today- I've got jabs from arms and feet all over the place!

Kaffee- hooray for mat leave!! Not long for us now- Only 30 odd days! Scary thought! Saying that though I'm still adding 2 weeks on- convinced I will be late again! .....Lovely re your friend- my friend who I met at baby massage when Ethan was only a few months old is pregnant again too! She's about 6 weeks behind me and also having her second boy! Its lovely to have someone to share it with :-)

Keeptrying- how is the arm doing?? Mine was sore for ages!! Particularly bad for two days and eases off over the rest of the week! Felt rubbish after mine with a phlegmy cough but could have been coincidence I guess?! Hope its easing up for u!

Mummy_midwife- welcome back lovely!! U have been so brave in telling everyone what's been going on and hopefully some support on here may help a bit? I know we've been in touch about everything but I didn't feel it was right or my place to tell everyone on here......I'm glad u have now felt strong enough to!...... You've had such a tough time and I know its still pretty awful but u will get there hunny- however long it takes!! U know where I am if u need me xxx

Mrsm- how r u doing hun?? Definitely not alone in how you've felt!! I get v overwhelmed with it all at times and u sound like u have a lot going on with the house too- that stress doesn't help! Hope u can get some time to rest or do something just for yourself- might help??

HanSam- def with u on how difficult it is at this stage with a toddler!! Having my brother and hubby around has helped no end whilst away!

As for me- I feel thoroughly huge!! Don't dare weigh myself after holiday :-/ At that wedding I went to before holiday I got asked if I was having twins! Then on holiday I had comments too! I know I'm big but do people really have to comment?! :-( Gonna b a long road back on the weight loss front- really hope I can do it!!
My indigestion has been awful recently and pelvic pain getting gradually worse- not sure how the next 5-7 weeks r gonna go with Ethan! Still feel I have loads to do as well! Got consultant appointment next week- hoping they will write in my notes I can use mlu if all goes well! Got CBT Wednesday and midwife Friday then baby shower Sunday! Quite a busy week next week all in all!

Hope everyone is doing ok.
Not been on for a few weeks so trying catch up.
I've finally finished college so now all qualified - I've had a few exams to do.

I had my 34 week growth scan tues and baby isn't growing (IUGR). It's gone from being on the 50th dentils to the 90th now it's barely on the 10th. So got go back on Tuesday.

It's not a teeny weight but very much smaller than anticipated. They think the placenta isn't functioning and I may have the start of pre-eclampsia although it's not presenting in the normal way as Bp is fine and no protein. I'm not too worried about it all. One way or the other sooner or later bumps gotta come out anyway.

Just thought I'd give u all a little update.

Morning all,
Still struggling with my stomach. Didn't do much yesterday, lots of resting, but as soon as I'd have to walk around the house, or even cough or sneeze... OUCH!!! Its frustrating as I can't do much, and the house work is piling up! :( I've ordered a support belt from Babies R Us to pick up later on, will see if that helps.

Kaffee - It is painful hun, hopefully the belt Im getting today will help, fingers crossed!!

Mum2b - I was getting jabs all over the place too, I wondered if he was back to back too. Enjoy your busy week, hope your pelvic pain eases off for you!!

Lanny - Naughty lil baby not growing. Hopefully you get a plan of action on tuesday! Keep us posted hun.

Lanny- sorry bubs isn't doing so well but great that they are monitoring and u r right sooner or later bubs needs to be out so hopefully all will be well whatever happens! U sound like u r taking it all in your stride- that's great :-)

Lianne- really hope the belt helps! It would drive me crazy not being able to do anything! Hard enough as it is!

Hi lanny, sorry to hear about bubs good they are keeping an eye on you how come u needed the growth scan was it bump size or something else? Hey mum2b glad u had a lovely break bet ur tiered now and ready for bubs to come! Happy sorry to hear ur still struggling :( must be horrible. I had a nice day shopping in Brighton buy I'm soooooo tiered now!!! Can't walk far without feet aching now :( hope everyone else is ok? Xxx

Hi all! Its been so long since I last posted. Hope everyone is ok! Can't believe its less than 6 weeks until my due date, can't wait to meet my little girl x
 
Hi ladies,

I have to have growth scans because I have a high BMI.
BUmp wasn't hiding, but it is head down now, at 28wks it was breech extended.
Not worrying as my niece was born at 35wks weighing 4lb 4oz and 36 wks weighing 5lb 2oz as my sis had pre-eclampsia so family history. My other sis had OC both times and hers were 6lb 6oz at 37wks and 6lb 8oz at 38 wks. Just think we don't make big babies even though we all big girls lol.

Got the Doppler scan thing Tuesday and an appointment with consultant the Tuesday after..

Think they are concerned as all it's measurements have been top end and now they are either barely normal or at the low end.

Just got put the border and curtains up in the nursery. And probably think about packing a hospital bag just incase lol.

Glad to hear everyone doing ok. Can't believe we will be able say our babies are due next month come Tuesday - it's a scary thought.
