Really pleased for you LilMiss, I know it hasn't been an easy time so far

Magdalena - it really seems to be hit and miss with listening to the hb, I was lucky today. I think it might depend on the area where you live?

Mum2b - great bump pic! I need to start buying some new clothes now, I can't fit into any of my jeans, work trousers getting too tight too, pretty much living in leggings!

Donnah I think it really depends on mw as my friend is 1 week ahead of me and livein the same town but with different mw/ GP and her mw listened to hb. Well just gutted as I would like some reassurance because I don't seem pregnant at all( not much of bump) and I am not sure if what I feel is baby.

That's rubbish Magdalena , what has happened to common sense of asking you if you would like her to try to listen in but may be too early so don't be alarmed if she doesn't find it? Pretty unlikely anyone senior to a 1st year student midwife would not a find a heartbeat at 17 weeks, possible but unlikely IMO (* I hope I haven't jinxed it now and next woman I see at 17 weeks I can't find the heartbeat and I will have to eat my words*) !

Welcome over littlemisshopeful ,I can imagine the worry of approaching 15 weeks, but I have every faith this is your rainbow baby.

Oh blah. Every twinge and pain drives me mad. It's all normal after all there a lot going on and I had surgery 7 months ago so tummy aches normal. Why am I getting so freaked out I'm gonna drive myself mad over a simple belly ache but cos it's right where baby is I'm now freaking out. Not at all reassured by hearing the heart beat that don't tell me if my placenta is coming away arghhh. Think I'm gonna have a mental breakdown lol xxx

Lilmiss- this was always gonna b the hardest time in some ways..... I would b scared too hun but just coz it happened before does not mean it will happen again!.... I think u need to keep voicing your anxieties to get them out of your head and let us all support u! We will get u past this difficult week hun, one way or another! *hugs*

Lovely meal out thanks hun! Ethan loved it and ate a ridiculous amount of food! He's 2 years 3 months- where does he put it!!! So nice to all b out together after weeks of feeling so poorly and fed up! Hubby feeling baby kick just now has made my day

Lilmiss, I'm having the same pains. It's ligaments stretching, very normal. Just making room for bubba. Sometimes it comes in and I can't get off the couch for a few minutes! Then it goes and all fine. As long as its not constant pain that lasts and no bleeding its just everything making room. Feels like elastic bands stretching really tight!

Thanks hun it means a lot. Trying so hard to relax but it's so hard to I'm driving myself mad lol just 6 days to get through now. Oh is home from work now for 4 days so hopefully I will be busy and time will fly xxx

Thanks hun it could well be stretching as I have got bigger but it seems to be pretty constant. I had it for about 3 hours before I fell asleep last night. Wasn't there when I woke up but is now after I've eaten. Not sure if it's connected. It's a very crampy pain but sharp twinges :s think I'm just a worrier as no bleeding or anything just the pain xxx

lilmiss sorry to butt in but what you are describing sounds very similar to my ibs pains. I get it just before bed and just after I eat last for a few hours then goes. crampy but also feels quite pinchy? I'm new to the ibs stuff (i got diagnosed in jan but it started when i was last preg) but those are the only two types of pain im sure is my ibs. it's just evry other time i get a twinge that it worries me lol.
