Obviously devastated been crying on and off all day - work was really fun lol!!
I'm thinking my low AMH had something to do with it to be honest so I think the quality of my eggs may not be so good - but then we just need to find a good'un really!!
I'm going in for blood test and then will wait to get an appointment from the consultant and see what if anything they suggest. I'm gonna go again ladies!! It was tough but I can handle it again I think - On to cycle #2 but I will have a few months break - gonna go on an extravagant holiday and spoil myself as its my birthday next month!!

An extravagant holiday sounds just the tonic you need to heal and be good to youself for a bit.
We went to the Maldives last May, a few months after we said goodbye to our little bean, and it was amazing and just what we needed.
Spoil yourself, take a short break and a deep breath and we'll all be here to support you next time round hon.

So I've posted this somewhere else but I'm freaking out, ans I'm not at the hospital until Mon. Basically I had my last pill on Mon, went hossie Tue and they told me to start stims from the Wed, they didn't say whether I'd have a period and I forgot to ask. Now I'm 4 days in and got af this morning? Not alot but more than spotting just a light period? I'm pretty worried is this normal? A lady here, SOS can't rem who said it was ok but looked it up and some people r saying it's bad... but obv I font know their situation and if they had a period and then we're having a spontaneous one or whether they had down regulated first Tec... tryin not yo worry but it's hard. Also just wondering, y do some down regulate and some don't? X

Moley - I'm so sorry it was a bfn - it's a hard time for you, but you really will get there , hang in there X
They useally say you can't go again for 3 bleeds ~(inc the af after failed cycle) and by then your really wanting to go again all refreshed XX
Mishi - I'm really hoping those two embies are implanted blastos now and doing there thing... won't be long till the 20th ...
Gemma in the sun - I'm not totally sure what protacol your on, I never too pills, I sniffed to down regulate and kept that up at lower dose the whole cycle till my drug free day and collection. After starting down regs, I got a AF on day 6 which was a good thing , but didn't have a bleed during stimming stage, you normally then build it up again. I would ring clinic as soon as you can just to run it by them, perhaps it's normal breakthrough bleed if you have had to stop the pills inplace of my sniffing bleed.. Good luck with stimming , collection will be here in no time at all now.. Good luck
Tinkerbell - I was sooooo pleased to see your ticker had added your doing fresh cycle 2 in may!!!!! amazing, how did you get on that trial? I just know your luck is about to change XX

Good luck Chaz welcome back. So went up today, after paniking all weekend about this period and she goes 'oh that's great news when did you come on' haha, so all's normal. She then was measuring eggs etc, Said all was good they were small but that's cos I'm only on day 6, so she's kept me on 175 puregon till Thu when I'm back up there. So very relieved today xxx

Official testing day is Saturday hon at 12dp3dt and now I don't know if I want to poas before then or not!
It's really hard to stay positive - it is the worst tww I have ever experienced.
I'm just not feeling it since I started cramping yesterday. I know it can be a good sign, but I also know it could be the progesterone or it could be AF and it's completely messing with my head!

It's so hard to keep positive and you're doing great. I've always been in meltdown by now.
Just keep going, and know that we're all proud of you. I've never done anything harder and these days seem to never end but you'll get there.

Aww mishi, you do seem to have been in ur 2we for ages, I'm rooting for you, it's so difficult, I always thought ivf would just be the 2ww but every stage is scary so when u get to the 2ww I can't imagine how nerve wracking it must be, although I will likely be finding out soon x

My head is in a strange place at the mo: sister 13 weeks pregnant, best friend 16 weeks I think, and I am seriously rethinking a second round of ICSI: as in I don't honestly think I can face it. Not just the cost but the emotional and physical hell :/

I'm fine now... AF finally arrived and she's kicking my ass the b****!! But I feel like its closure on my failed cycle. I've decided to do a course on massage therapy - booked a taster or next week. I've put my life on hold since being told I'd need IVF and then waiting to start treatment and then going through treatment - time to get back on track while I wait for round 2!!
